I was in Mumbai and was staying in Orchid near the airport. The taxi driver told me that you can find a struggling model (independent) for 15k for the night but there would be a lot of nakhras (like do not touch this, do not do this etc).

Sorry bro, I can't be of much help to give you the context. I've been there in the morning, when they were both free. And had all the time in the world. Probably that cud be one reason.
