Correct. I have walked away from SPs in the recent past. More nowadays that a year back.

There are genuine SPs, but they are small time and hence maybe not as arrogant.

You will notice that SPs in key areas like VN, Koregaon Park, Kalyani Nagar, Baner etc. Where a lot of IT crowd is around, tend to bump up the rates faster than others.

Just 2 months back, for a girl, my regular SP in VN (whom I stopped going to) was asking for 8. 5 K for a chic which a new SP in Hadapsar started the quote at 6. 5 and I ended up getting her for 6 K.
