East China - Shanghai

Long time reader, and haven't had much to add so I haven't. I have been to Shanghai 4 or 5 times over the last two years going again next week. I have kinda settled into a routine of Manhattans / Judy's, pick one, with Mediocre results. A few good experiences most not so great. Looking to break out of the mold. I have also tried SeekingArrangement in Shanghai with no great results (had really great luck in Tokyo with it though), the few I met were seriously not as described and had a price tag on them of a Manhattan model.). Wondering if there are any place that midweek would have some "Semi-Pros", In the old days Zapatas was a hot spot for this, but not so much now. Xian Tan Di, also back in the day was good but no longer. Bar Rouge isn't the answer. How about Mint (I know I spelled it wrong). Where else advice would be appreciated.

At Blanquiceleste that bar on the north end of the Bund sounds like a good place to fish WeChat, which hasnt worked for me yet. Do you recall the name?

Also, I really like Russians, anywhere to get them in Shanghai? I know etiquette says to eat local but most of what I have had is Vietnamese, Mongolian, etc so.

I will post the results of my expeditions this trip.

I recently reconnected with Rain, who I hate, LOL, but I saw that she had some new talent so I swallowed my pride and contacted her. But I wouldn't recommend this, because there's always a chance that she may eventually suffer the same fate as Steven of SNG. Lately, I've been going to MPs off the beaten path, and have been collecting the girl's WeChat. Then later I contact them to meet outside. Half the girls are aghast, or give me the run around, but I have had success with the other half, because they are desperate for money. The fact that they are not exactly pros is kind of a turn on. As for J and M, SamCan is the expert of course. He seems to love it. I used to do a lot of takeout in Singapore (Brix and Ipanema), and so I know the drill, and the ups and downs, so I can understand that you're not thrilled with your experiences with it. Regarding WeChat search, Blanquiceleste got kind of lucky. The consensus on here is that WeChat search is a waste of time for several reasons. I tried to too, with results that varied so much that I eventually decided it wasn't worth it. There are saunas operating secretly, but I haven't tried them yet. Prices seem high, and I'm a bit afraid of a raid. There are indies on NLO, the resurrection of SNG, and you asked about Russians, well, there are Russians on there sometimes. Not now, but maybe they will be back in town when you're in town. Finally, regarding SA, I also tried that, and banged over 20 non-pro girls using it, but after a year and a half, I quit. But as Midwestern points out, I really think I got lucky. Over the years, WeChat has never worked well for me, so this time when it did I was pleasantly surprised, so much so that I wrote a report. I also wrote a report on finding a girl through Tantan, which is also new for me.

Saunas have always scared me and I used SNG in the past. i knew Steven well and we spoke a lot. I have a good feeling about NLO as an option but I have heard Rain has outed a few mongers and for me that won't work..

I find J / M to meet my needs and be the safest option. There is no 3rd party relaying and having my info. I stay at the Portman 1-2 blocks away. I can pick the girl walk to the hotel and go back after for a beer or a second round with another girl depending on what I am up for. I have gotten better determining what girl will be fun or what girl will be less fun. My last trip I pulled one girl that wasn't great from Manhattans. The rest were ok to great.

I've pulled some girls from MPs that has been fun as well.

Foreigners were given privileges that Chinese citizens do not enjoy and hence there are the likes of J and M and SNG. SNG is down. One can see the future of J and M. Maggie's is still going (is Chocolate back to the normal operation?) but not like the old days. This is it. It is all part of the big communist party plot. I would enjoy while I can but turn my attention somewhere else too.

I appreciate the advice. On the way in will be in town just Tuesday night, then out to Beilun for 2 weeks, will have a few more days on the flipside. The only scene in Beilun are KTVs and they are stupid expensive. In Shanghai I usually stay at the Marriott Center City due to its proximity to subways, would love the Portman but its over the expense account. I think I am going to give Zapatas a shot for Taco Tuesday, and then perhaps the Pig or the spot. I think I saw some free lancers in there one trip, and one I really wanted but she didn't seem interested in me. (me early 50's,reasonable shape, with a little game). Not in to paying stupid amounts for tail. And frankly China is starting to get stupid. Last summer was in Manhattan quite a bit and SA was giving me enthusiastic models for $300, not eastern Europe but not $250 for an unenthusiastic Viet. I will be starting projects in Argentina (which has mixed reviews, but googling looks pretty reasonable), and Thailand, which also sounds like its on the downhill run. Have never hit Pattaya.

Why have I never seen anyone report on their experiences with Kaitexi? They advertise in classifieds all the time. Maybe I should take one for the team, but someone on here must already have some useful intel.

I posted 6 months or so ago about a MP on Fahuazhen near. It's hard to find (I recall Midwestern had a problem finding), as there isn't an obvious sign. Address is 869, I think. Not marked, but 867 is next door. A door with a guy behind a desk, not visible from the street.

Massages at 279 and 369; 369 includes he with girl nude and body rub. Rooms have a shower and are relatively clean.

The girls are variable quality. Seem to be country girls with baby damage. I've been there maybe 6 times. Of these, only 1 did not offer FS and she had excellent other skills. Just start saying no to higher prices. I've spoiled my regulars, so I'd like to have alternatives. A rub and tug is better than FS, depending on a worker's skill and experience. I had a few saved wechat addresses from my last trip and seeking arrangement tried one, and started a chat but she was non committal. So headed out to Zapatas one of my old stomping grounds from years gone by that used to have semi pros in abundance. This Tuesday night non were present but there was a large crowd of western college chick's enjoying the taco buffet and bottomless margaritas. Would highly recommend the food and hooch for 30 bucks. But I wanted a playmate was just getting ready to head to the pig, when wechat range and my polish model decided to play. Had a nice although expensive time with her. Noticed that the Marriott bar had a couple of free Lancers in it which is a first. Also the number of hustlers on Nanjing road was way down perhaps due to being Tuesday night. Cab situation is horrible, all off meter and hard to get at that. I think I am going to have to sign up for didi. About it. More on my return trip and perhaps a Beilun report.

Regarding price, I think 500 for FS is quite reasonable. These MPs that offer FS by providers that are 3's and 4's are really only two notches above a BBS, IMHO. Before the crackdown, I was able to pay 400 tip for FS at many places. So, 500 tip post-crackdown is reasonable. That said, my goal would be to do each provider one time, and then never go back. First time with almost anyone is good for me, even with 3's and 4's, as I like strange (this means new pussy for those unfamiliar with the lingo). BTW, I am impressed that you can call a spade a spade. I am so tired of people saying that place XYZ has 7's and 8's. It is just not possible that so many places have gals that are 7's and 8's.

Got to see Cathy on my last trip, last month. She is always learning new tricks that can make life very enjoyable. For all you guys that haven't had the pleasure, you should try her, you will get hooked on her.

Has anyone been to Paulaner in Xintiandi recently? Normally a handful of semi-pros working there weekends, but I haven't been in there in maybe 2 years.

I have now been turned down at 2ST hotels recently. The last time I was turned down at a ST hotel was during the crackdown. So I am thinking about using Airbnb, which is operating in many big cities in China, including Shanghai. Some of these places don't even require a face-to-face check-in. They have key-coded locks. And they are cheap. Anyone have any experience with using Airbnb to rendezvous with WGs? Any catches, warnings, risks, suggestions? I know there are local Chinese apps doing the same thing, but I want to stick to Airbnb because it's in English and I trust Airbnb. Thanks, bros.
