He has told me that placing silicon in the nose is a recipe for disaster. Makes one very prone to infection and he has fixed quite a few noses done in Asia that got severely infected. Proper way to do a nose job according to him is to remove part of a rib, shape it, then insert it into the nose. But of course that takes time. I have seem the odd impressive subtle result recently on a retired girl where low cost was not the priority.
