However, in recent years with advancing age and probably lowering testosterone and other compiling issues. Nothing much happens.

May I ask why you take the Cialis the night before and not the day of? Does it really last you 24--36 hours because I would say it lasted me 5-6 hours until I felt I needed a boost but yesterday was practice.
