If my flight into Manila gets in say after 9 or 10 pm or even later, what would be the best way to get into AC? Are there still buses running at night?
And same with return back to Manila. How early do buses run if I end up with a very early (say 8 or 9 am flight departure)?
Or would I really have to stay a night in Manila upon arrival as well as just before departure?
Go catch a Jeepney!
Do not know who has 900 pesos barfine anymore? Even the perimeter bars have the lowest at 1200. But these are for ugly girls. Reasonably good looking are min 1500 at perimeter bars. One bar had 1200, 1500, 1800 tiers.
Another problem with perimeter bars are they open around 12 noon and close by 10 PM. If you go there around 7-8 PM no good looking girls are left. I had barfined one good looking girl before at 2 PM. But after sex couple of times
Do not know what to do. Took her for dinner and suggested bar hopping but she was not into it. Back in the room I got so bored with her I asked her to leave.
This is the pitfall if you barfine early. Unless the chemistry is there hard to keep company for long after the sexual desires are done.
Usually I like to barfine at about 11 PM and one round at night, another round in the morning. If there is chemistry the girl will stay till evening and lunch + some shopping is in order.
Det 5 and the bar next door {forget the name for a moment| have stunners for 1200 and 1300. Ugly? Not when me and my wingman were there last month!

Also look uo Margarita station, they arrange transport on demand too, also hotel if you need. Probably take about 2 hours at that time.
I don't know how late the bus runs to / from AC but if I were you I'd hole up near Manila Bay Club and get a piece there before going elsewhere.
Yes, that would be an option staying in Manila a night before as well as after AC.

Margarita station is a feasible option both ways. Thanks.

Thanks.
Its not Margarita cars you travel in, they get a tiny commission from car company. All good, I have used Margarita before for transport, good. Didn't read previous posts but Margarita can most probably help with hotels too. Margarita also supplies great basic food, in a basic restaurant, pool, bar, small number of freelancers. Its all happening at Margarita.

Best to get the hotel to pick up and also arrange departure. There area couple of other companies that run their buses to and from AC / Manila.
Check it out. I had hotel send a brand new private car to pick me up.
Exotic victory liner buses run 24/7.
Taxi from airport to victory bus station.
Get on the bus to dau.
Trike to your hotel.
Very easy and much cheaper.
Well, I am not sure what to say about this video in the link. Other than Damn. Just Damn.
I recently returned from Angeles City, and this documentary was an eye opener. I haven't been to homes of the bar girls, and frankly, I don't want to. There are some things I just don't want to know.
In all honestly, what makes me cry when it comes to the Philippines is what Filipinos do to each other. Take a look at the environment. The Pasig River for example. Manila Bay? The second are these casas that cater to locals and the whole slavery thing. Locking the girls up and all. Who would do that?
There are some things that I just don't want to know. Sometimes ignorance is bliss. Enjoy.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BvOTOrKpWKA
Thanks for posting the video. I hadn't seen it, but nothing in it surprised me. The sad fact is that, if you travel enough here, you can see similar stages of poverty-induced servitude; not to pimps and bars necessarily, but to Datus, to gangs, politicians, business owners, throughout the country. While the Canadians in the film are doubtless sincere, committed people, their naïveté is somewhat typical of many development workers, who appear to ignore or who perhaps are simply not cognizant of the reality that allows rampant exploitation to fester. The sadder truth is that many of these young women come from large, severely impoverished families, whom they probably support since their parents have convinced them it's their obligation. Angeles City is nothing if not a manifestation of a birth rate that's out of control, an economy that produces virtually nothing the world wants, and a venal ruling class that runs the country for it's own aggrandizement.
Sex trafficking is the new "hot" donor cause, and since it attracts bountiful projects, with concomitantly generous financial support, the government feigns commitment; much as it has to economic growth projects and government transparency and improvement projects in the past. However, until the economic and political systems here become more open to the participation of all or most citizens, the structural problems that allow Angeles to flourish will continue. Plus ça change, plus que la même chose: the more things change, the more they remain the same.

If it is, I recommend you spend the money on a private pick up. I don't care if you are well traveled or not, but landing in an unfamiliar place at night is not really the time to save money.

If you can afford to fly in, you can afford the extra $5. 00.

the ngos et al are more than hopelessly naive, imo, (listen to the canadian "doctor") describing punters as virtually the most morally decrepit creatures on earth. perhaps he's a **** or perhaps he's delusional. probably the latter. but one thing is certain. as they ply for greater political influence, more often successfully in their western homeland (read that us doj) , they will lobby and petition to seize the liberties of any guy who wishes to dip his wick in a young lass.

Pretty sure any hotel pick up from the airport is going to be more than a $5 difference.
