In any case nobody is forcing the women to work in the bars on Fields Ave such as Club Atlantis or most of the other clubs in the vicinity, where in fact some of the hotter girls are making very good money, something these documentaries will never really focus on because it doesn't fit their agenda to bash western men and raise money for the NGO's

As soon as we arrived there was a conversation with the mother which was translated to me as,"why did you bring him here", or maybe I'm being generous,"why do you bring men here?"

Can any recommend either a website, realtor, or similar that I could look into for a 3 month stay, Sept-Aug. I've looked a few hotels monthly rates, and I think they're just too high. I know most landlords are looking for at least a year, but I would like to rent a modest. 1 bedroom, clean, safe place, with internet and a kitchenette, and relatively near the action for about three months. I just want to drop into AC for for a few months between contracts, enjoy the nightlife a few times a week, and bang out some work online during the day.

Is there anything out there that can accommodate that? Or is my only option to pay 30, 000 php a month to stay in a third-tier hotel?

Some of the Promo Girls are out front for a reason be it Red Sweater Week, or perhaps the dreaded 'Legs Permanently Crossed' disease. On my last visit to AC, I dragged 2 promo Girls (separate occasions) into the bar for drinks so I could get a feel for what was on the menu. With both girls, I quickly found pushback and left. I'm sure some of the Promo Girls are willing to do the deed, but why take chances?

One of the girls was a stunner from Samar that promo'the at the small bar to the right of Ponytails (I can't remember the name of the bar). Her name was Jacqueline. I can't remember where the other bar was at due to the alcohol induced stupor I was in for most of my visit.

Just ask the doorgirls, most barfine and if not they will be happy for the compliment.

Nightspotting. Neither are great places but you can get 10k-15k a month at "tren hostel" and "sun moon annex B"

Again they arent luxurious by any means but its a better option than paying 30k for a 3rd tier.

Well, recently she was not communicating much and after a while, it was silence. Since I knew her sister, I asked the sister and then I found out that she died, possibly due to some "witch craft" she lived in CDO.

Then I get the shocker. Though she didn't have a permenant job, nor regular BFs, and her Singapore contracts were 6 months on. 1 year off. Her kids were in a Private School, and the arrears had run into more than 40, 000 peso (plus no burial / insurance for the kids) and now the sister + parents are scrambling to get the kids to a govt school.

Again, that she had the good and wonderful intention to place her kids in a Private school, though she had an unstable career and unstable income. And didn't bother to get insurance for herself so her untimely death has left all in more tears. Only in Filipinas!

PS: for the last case, I did donate some. But made it clear to the family I will not be sponsor for life for the kids, as trust me on this. Until recently, in true PH style, the girl kept hiding the fact that she had kids. Even though by then, we had spent a week in Boracay, a week in Manila. Apart from the regular meet ups when she was in Singapore. So was her sister, who was very careful to control the info on the kids.
