Here the rule of the thumb is every man for himself, and most seniors have their own league, a closed clan of 3-4 who would trade contacts amongst themselves. Besides, its almost always advised "You have to try and fail and learn, just like I did" instead of sharing contacts which they no longer use / interested in. So people are left to fend for themselves. Delhi, is eons ahead of what other forum sections just hope to be, Mumbai is catching up to Delhi in terms of helping people, also identifying contacts which are no longer worth or simply fake.

Having said that, the newbies want everything on a platter as well, there are people whom I know who wouldn't risk anything at all, and would want us to set things up for them. So, in the end, its difficult to put your thoughts into actions anytime soon.

OMR one seems to be a HW, good in structure and got some good reviews. She charges 6 k / HR and does not come down in the first meet.
