When you say vast majority ignore messages from foreigners does that mean foreigners with international number or foreigners who are using the South Korean phone numbers also get ignored?

Unfortunately Korea has strong opinions on race. You likely are not going to find young hot Koreans very easily, especially with a condensed timeline. Your best bet is to check out an Anma in Gangnam and hope they let you in. I'm eastern Asian mix and have very low success with Opgani.

They'll see that you're a foreigner from the start. Sometimes I've been able to fool them for a couple of texts, but I come clean (no point in getting locked out at the door) and they either go silent or say 'sorry'.

Once you tell them your race you'll probably get denied. If you don't tell them and you somehow manage to get past them not picking up on the fact that you're not Korean, you'll probably get denied once you show up.
