Directions, drive on duplication road from Bambalapitiya side, turn left on the road just before softlogic Levis showroom. This is on to your left, around 100m from the duplication road. There is a temple flower tree and also a board. You can see the cement spiral staircase from the road. Enter through small gate and climb the spiral staircase.
