I'm in Tel Aviv right now and I have to agree with previous posters about the state of the scene: it is little short of incredible how the action has dwindled and become downgraded over the last 5-8 years.
However, I also have to agree on the issue of massage parlours. If you've got nothing better to do on a dull afternoon a rub-and-tug is an inexpensive and relaxing way to spend an hour. (Well... say, 40 minutes. :)) I tried out several such places, including - by mistake - Pinsker 42, which I didn't realise had converted from FS to massage salon. I also re-visited BY38, which has not (regrettably, I should say) converted. At BY a flabby tall blonde collected my 250 NIS, next let me wait repeatedly, and then finally sent me to a room which smelled from sex and was cluttered with dirty towels. She arrived to the room five minutes after me and when I complained about the mess she berated me (yes, really!!) for not having changed the towels. (Needless to say, I marched out without further discussion. 250 NIS down the drain.)
I should, though, end on a positive note: the massage place on BY 26 (first floor) was the summit of my two afternoons in town. I found a very personable masseuse who candidly told me the price for body-body and handjob is 200 NIS. No shilly-shallying there! After 30 minutes of decent reguar massage and B-B, she began to caress my unit. I signalled that I'd appreciate a blowjob. First she refused. Then she said 500. I responded, no way, I pay you 200 NIS. She accepted on the spot, put herself on top of me and gave me one of the slowest, sweetest BJs of recent years. No rush, no cheating with hands, just take your time baby and enjoy. I probably overpaid. My guess is the locals get it for 100 extra. But... I look and dress like a wealthy foreigner, so... what do you expect. Anyway, I can recommend this place.
