It can vary. I have seen a girl take minutes to empty her drink. When having fun with a girl she seems to take longer on her drinks.
The last three trips been getting girls putting more urgency on fischas. Think the clubs putting more pressure on the girls than before.

A lot depends on you: if you're a stud, she may say "yes"; if you're a dud, it's never going to happen. Also depends on where she's from. But, 4 hours is nothing with commute time, check-in and setup time. You need at least all night for what you're planning. But, yeah, Rosarito Beach is probably the best local destination for what you've got in mind unless you want to go all the way to Ensenada.

$30-$40/ HR is NOT possible with gals via fichas. Most gals only spend 5 minutes for a ficha. Some go as much as 10 minutes.
So by my experience and calculation you need to spend at least $60/ HR if you are lucky and more like $80/ HR if you are spending the whole hour with gal.

If she's not into you at all and she only wants to drain your wallet as quickly as possible so she can hurry up and get the heck away from you then she's going to suck those drinks down and have the mesero breathing down your neck every 5 minutes to buy another ficha.
The chicas are the ones who set the tone with the meseros. If she's enjoying your company and she wants to show that she's into you the mesero will read that and will know not to pop up every 5 minutes.
So yes 3 or 4 fichas in an hour sounds just about right if you got a chica who genuinely is enjoying herself and is enjoying your company.

The chica and meseros want money and it's a business. On top of that, tips for the girl should flow if she's treating you well. I find on average an hour of fichas and tips with a girl and for the meseros and beers for me run about $80. That's 4.5 drinks for her plus $1 mesero tip ($45) + 3 drinks for me ($12) + $15 tips her if she's worth it. I like to reward light kissing to DFK with tips to incentivize keeping that up.
