Looking forward to being back in Shanghai. It's been a few years. Last time I was here there was this place called Hao Di Fang on Century Ave that was 268 rmb for HJ. Shanghai has many young providers, in fact before last year crackdown you even needed to be vigilant at how young they would be since laws are different here.
You seem to think there is a specific industry for foreigners but its not the case, most places aside a few bars are chinese oriented. Yet they will also serve foreigners if you speak the language a minimum (and even if you don't but manage to let them know what you want).

But if you go to AMPS on either coast in the USA, you will find many great looking Chinese pros. Maybe most of the Chinese 8's and 9's that I have met were those working in AMPS in California. Damage was 120-140 USD for FS + 50-60 house fee. One girl was an undergrad at one of the UC universities majoring in accounting. I asked her a few accounting questions to see if she was lying to me, and she answered all questions correctly. Wish she stuck around, but the turnover in many of these places was usually weekly, as they go back and forth within and between SF, LA, Vegas, NYC, etc. For several years, when my work took me to the states, particularly CA, I was banging hotties (often new ones) regularly. It stopped being a Hao di Fang owned shop about 3 years ago. It closed down again about 3 months ago, and is currently being renovated. From experience, this means it is turning legit. But not always.
