This is all personal opinion but I want to pass on what I perceive to be useful tips.

Firstly, when you are asked how long you will be in KL, never say that you will be leaving the next day. This just sets you up as somebody who can be ripped off. They don't have to think about the discomfort of seeing you the next night if they have ripped you off. Make it sound as though you will be back again night after night.

Secondly, negotiate to pay only the minimum amount for ST in advance and say that you'll pay an agreed tip if they fulfill their service agreement afterwards- if they won't agree, ket them go. This avoids the problem where girl takes off after one shot even though you may have already paid an agreed amount for LT. The honest ones will always agree to this arrangement.

Thirdly, best chance to negotiate price is in the last few hours before closing.

Many of you will have your own tips and may not necessarily agree with mine but I have found these principles have helped prevent me from being short changed. A final point is that I find the Vietnamese girls in my experience have generally been the least honest of the various nationalities who frequent BC. My experience with Cambodian girls has been excellent. YMMV.
