For example when I lived in Kentucky it was 16. I believe there is a 3 year age difference is allowed. In other words a guy of 18 years old can date a girl who is 15.

General rule for USA citizens traveling abroad is 18 years age of consent. USA citizens can be prosecuted in USA if the citizen is charged with violations.

Different countries have their own age of consent rules for e. G Sweden it is 13, Yemen 12 etc. These are exclusively for their own citizens. Probably the courts does not want to get involved in relationship issues.

Stick to over 18 in any country.

If you had 7 or 10 days available in PL in February, where would you go? I've done some mongering in Manila beforehand and will likely be bookending the trip by flying in and out of there so that will undoubtedly happen. I've never been up to AC. Is it much better than Burgos? Also, where would you go for some (non mongering) interesting things to do? Generally looking for decent weather, relaxation, a decent internet connection and perhaps some nightlife too, albeit not necessarily gogo bars.
