I was pissed, but realized my mistake was to not check the price in advance. So I have 1, 000 baht to the first boxer and then tried to get my phone and was told to pay the other one 1,000 baht also, which I did. Before the guy working there would give me my phone he said I owed him 200 baht for taking the picture. So, I gave him the 200 baht and got back my phone. I was pissed off at being ripped off, but it was a good lesson learned. If you want to have a picture taken with someone there, ask them how much and don't let them have your phone. Yes, I was stupid with this one. Lesson learned.[/QUOTE]Horrible scam. Why you didn't got the Tourist Police, they probably would have negotiated it down for you. That is their job, make sure with some suasion the tourist is still separated from his money, but to a smaller extent.

tonight is the first of two days of buddha celebration and all the bars, including go-go's on walkin street were brought to an almost complete shutdown. staff and girls packed up around 1 am and for sure they were relieved for being able to get some sleep or personal time. so for the second time in many weeks i had to tour beach road. the works make the entire thing even more squallid. women are ugly as usualy, except that there were less of them.
it seemed to me to have reached the bottom of my thailand stay, but instead of calling it a night i was in for another exquisite experience, as i spotted a good looking one in shorts, a slim petite with nice legs and a pretty face. i parked on the other side of the road and she realizes she had made a catch and calls me over. st request 700, to which i counter the standard 500 that which immediately accepted, after clarying she was a lady, and that in case of lt upgrade the deadline was to be 6am for her all-important temple visit. i was a little surprised, because her looks were just not normal for the place, and there were many men roaming around. so off we went but it was clear to me since the beginning that she was a cold, disinterested biatch with the name of pupee.

If you're in Pattaya now or are planning to go, could you please get some pictures of a girl named Dear who works at the bar next to the new McDonald's (also a Subway near too). I am pretty sure the name of the bar is Utopia Rock House (unless they changed it recently). The girl is fairly cute and funny. She is friends with a nice dark skin girl with good boobs. I spent a little time with the girl calling herself "Dear" but I forgot to get pictures of her. Even a few pics with her clothes on would be great. I would appreciate it. To all american (USA) people here and everywhere in Thailand,

Could you please stop tipping?

Tipping is only customary in the US anywhere else the price include the tips.

If you have money to spend just spend it the regular way stop ruining the fun for others.

Not only tipping doesn't get you anywhere but it makes you look quite stupid and give the general impression that all foreigners fart money and are giving it away as they walk.

Remember, Thai people are only in it for the money, it's business, they couldn't care less about you being happy after the act / taxi trip / hotel stay etc.

No one expects you to tip.

Pay the price and stick to it!

It seems a lot of the recent posts have been mentionning tips.

Results I obviously cannot promise but I'll sweetmouth her the best I can. Is Utopia at the "far" end of Walking Street?
