Food: Azul restaurant can bring food to your room or club table or you can eat at the restaurant. All in same building.
When you check in get a wrist band. That means no fee to get into club.

The bar block is well lighted, protected with lots of security cameras, policias, mongers ect. Walking around the bar block is safe.
If you are not driving across it may be quicker to book an UBER ride from SD Int to the San Ysidro Mc Donalds's, a short walk only a couple hundred feet from Ped East's metal gate. You don't have to waste time renting and parking the damn car. Parking lot behind jack in Box is also a lot closer to the gate.
HK girls can only go to hotels Cascada or Rizzo de Oro, right on top of the bar. The girls will take your hands, lead you back to your room. HK's customer service is very good. I saw 4 HK meseros carried a big guy on his heavy power wheel chair up the steep staircase from the street up to hotel Cascada's reception, waited then pushed him to the ST room for a session. Cascada still has uneven floors and lots of stairs, even for the quick St rooms, not completely handicap-friendly without meseros' help.
You don't need to speak any Spanish to get everything you want in HK, but learn a few Spanish phrases, try to talk to the girls and smile a lot. They love it.
