Nypher I agree 100 % -- its ALL about the attention and lack of respect for the country culture.
Only thing is that these people are not traveling for cultural purposes. They are traveling to party and fuck hookers. How much culture do you think they would even learn if they wanted to by going between Hollywood Beach and those hooker clubs? Know your audience. That audience is not interested in what you are advising. They are only interested in "Where them hoes at?
Looks like they got you.
I would recheck the listing where they have it in writing to double check they didn't change anything about visitors.
Did you book for maximum room occupancy?
Yes they totally got me sadly. I argued for a long time but apparently it's in the contract I signed at checkin. Totally messes up my week, guess I'm stuck asking chicas where the nearest love motel is.

We are all there for a good time. Lets give it a little time and see what develops.
The Colombians don't want that nighttime circus exposed- this is what started happening in Sosua about 8 years ago now the town is destroyed.

Did you book for maximum room occupancy?
That sucks. Sadly that is the case with most of the hotels and also many of the AIR BnB especially in the old city. I will be staying at the Santa Clara / Sofitel in a few weeks and that place is def no visitors with registered guests only policy. However, I have a free time share exchange so willing to accept that situation. But it's only for the first week of my stay and the second week I am considering a stay out by the airport where there are several hotels and short term apartments, restaurants and bars. It's a bit further from El Centro action but perhaps there is P4 P activity out there so will give it a go and report back if it's a good area to stay.
Del Marina is VIP type club about 20 minutes from Cartagena.
When you enter you will patted down by security then proceed to a small indoor pool bar area where appx 15 girls will come over and introduce themselves to you.
They are all available but extracurricular activities are conducted on the premises in the upstairs bedrooms. These girls are not independent and work for Del Marino.
Most of the girls are Venezuelan and live in small rooms upstairs -- Everything is way overpriced and all employees are expecting tips. IMHO its nothing great.
A few questions for you or anyone honestly. When you say over priced there, what are we talking about on average? Also how does it compare to Pley? Same price ranges, more or less? How do you feel regarding safety in the area these are in? Easy to get a taxi outside of them? I know my pricing is going to end up higher as I am a gringo and I am still trying to learn Spanish but just trying to get an idea what to bring with me each night for a session. Lastly not necessarily a mongering question, does anyone recommend anything fun for Halloween in the city?
I think a smart local guide can make our life easier. I spent a few days with Luchi, I saw her abilities and I wish I had met her before. Just to clarify, I'm not here to sell anything and I don't need or expect any benefit from her. I'll give you her WhatsApp (Luchi +57 3043134545) because she can provide an honest and helpful service. She authorized me to share it.
She is 23 years old, 5'10 ", lives in Cartagena, knows what tourists / mongers are looking for (she was co-owner of a restaurant and sometime works as a model) and can help you have fun without wasting time and money. Do you want to take a few hours tour to see the best clubs and interesting places avoiding tourist traps? Need tips on choosing an apartment, to see the islands, to smoke something good, or to solve a problem? Just send her a message and be direct. Walking with this girl by my side I had to accept that everyone turns their heads to look at her ass, but it's fun! She speaks Spanish, Italian and some English.
Thank you so much for the information. Much appreciated. I always like to find someone local to chill and roam around and get some hook up from them in exchange of money.

First, a shout out to fellow members who shared the names and contacts of their chicas in response to my last query. I have done so for a few dozen times over the last 15 years (always by PM), and I think that this is a very valuable aspect of this site.
My contacts are mostly in the Dom republic and Northern Brazil ((Manaus and Porto Velho). Anyone going there should feel free to contact me by pm anytime.
Here is my question: My wingman likes to smoke pot (I hate marijuana). How can he purchase weed in Cartagena? As anything up to 20 g is supposedly not a crime, he only worries about finding the drug. If anyone has a suggestion to help him, please let me know. A PM is OK. He is a wealthy mongerer so a chica (or chico) who only does high end dealing is OK.
Many thanks! MG.
………..They are only interested in "Where them hoes at?
LOLOLOL!
Thank you for this good laugh. That one sentence took my legs out, too funny because that's exactly how they are in the terminal waiting to board and all the way until the get in the taxi.
On a side note, best of luck to anyone currently in Getsemeni. After that crazy ass rain storm yesterday last night we lost power for an hour, then this morning around 4 am we lost power again for 12 hours couldn't even shower because the water was so cold. We went up to the roof and saw everyone else had power except for Getsemeni and was like F that, and moved to a new neighborhood. But damn that rain yesterday was insane.
They are bringing the bullshit nonsense and making girls more hardened about money and want people to pay up front so they won't be cheated.
Then she starts cursing up a storm telling me the bullshit that's been happening lately especially in Delirium and VOSP when these guys are buying lots of bottles and hookah throwing singles in the air but when the time comes to pay the girl, all of a sudden they don't have any money SMH.
I remember when this started happening in Sosua. Whether it was a language issue or not, I don't know, but when you're sitting at a table with attractive women and a bottle arrives I would assume that it is on you (if you don't send it back). I remember cops waiting 3 days for a group of guys to show back up on the strip because they hadn't paid a large bill.

Selfie with the bill?
We went to the beach next to Playa Azul, bill came to about $900.
Now ill be honest we were a party of 4, we had 2 jetskis for about 2 hours, lots of drinks and food, and crew of 2 on the boat ate as well and of course the bathroom fees because we were there for a good 5 hours and left once it stated getting crowded.
When the bill came it was about 4,000,000, COP we understood the jetskis were about 1,500,000 COP. My girl pulls out a picture of the menu and starts calculating, shit almost added up. Turns out they added a 400 mil COP service charge onto the bill then wanted to add 20% on it because we were paying with card. My girl starts arguing about the 400 mil service charge because apparently there is some law I never heard of where paying the service fee is optional.
They were going back and forth for about 15 minutes with it and we just said fuck it we will pay because it was already after 2, we wanted to go to another beach and spend a little time there before heading back and didn't want choppy water. I go to pay the bill with my card, the bill guy standing next to me, wants me to sign, I get it, I sign, he wants me to put a phone number too, I get it, I put a number, but as soon as I put the the number the guy says something and I look up and its his phone in my face and I hear the camera shutter. Before I can say anything, he grabs the bill and runs off.
I'm standing there like WTF just happened. I look at my girl and asked her WTF just happened? She doesn't know because she haven't been to an island since I saw her on my last trip.
This may be the new tactic to fight against chargebacks. Don't get selfie ambushed like I did.
I barely have anything good to report on this trip, after loosing power for a whole day, then loosing water for a whole day, then the crazy rain storms almost every day, For some odd reason Dolce played Indian music all night (love the new bathroom though), I'm exhausted.

Cartagena short trip
Was in Cartagena for three days a week ago so thought I'd write a quick report. Stayed at Hotel Dorado which is very close to the clock tower. This was a low end hotel that allowed one girl to visit for free since I had reserved for two, but charged me 100 K COP for the second girl I brought back. Only major complaint about this place is that the internet was either intermittent or non existent. This is not acceptable if your trying to work remotely, ended up having to take a vacation day due to no internet. Noticed Juan Valdez has pretty good WIFI but is limited to about 30 minutes (with coffee purchase) if you don't have an account with them. I'd like to set up an account but seems you need to have a local phone number.
All the girls I pulled were from the clock tower. First girl was thin and pretty but seemed to have very high mileage, she offered 300 K / hour but I got her down to 250 K. They all seem to go to the same building for short time rooms a couple blocks away from the clock tower and the charge is 100 K / hour for the room. This is pretty expensive in my opinion. 100 K is roughly $25/ US. Second girl charged 300 K for a hot girl from Bogota. Took this one back to my hotel. It was a great session with lots of kissing. This was her first time working in Cartagena so she didn't even know where the short time rooms were.
Third girl was a fit and tall girl from Armenia (Colombia). She wanted $100/ US up front and we went to the same short time hotel paying 100 K COP for an hour. I payed with USD that I took along but wasn't actually expecting to use. This ended up being a great session as she allowed me to do anything I wanted within reason, although the BJ was covered. Would definitely repeat with her.
Fourth girl also wanted 100 USD, but I only had pesos so I payed 400 K COP. Took her back to the hotel and had to pay 100 K COP extra because she was a different girl from the first girl the previous night. She definitely didn't want to get with me, possibly because I had rejected her early in the night. She demanded I pay up front and left after 30 minutes after she said she had enough but I didn't get to finish. Oh well, you win some and you lose some.
I've visited Bogota many times but this was only my second time in Cartagena. The ATM on the second floor of the exito mall would give me 100 K COP notes that were green in color. This is the first time I've ever seen 100 K COP bills. I've never seen this type of bill in Bogota.
In general, there were plenty of hot girls in the clock tower area and walking to the surrounding clubs on Friday. I feel the standard rate of $100/ US is a bit steep but it's not much higher than previous years.
I was also in Bogota Santa Fe area this trip and it has gone downhill quite a bit. I kept busy but had a hard time finding girls above a 7 in any of the clubs. Fiebres and Troya used to be standing room only on the weekends, but now it's easy to find a seat. I'm not sure where all the girls went to but I'm guessing they found greener pastures. The girls in the Santa Fe area (Bogota) are now charging 100 K COP for 20 minutes. A few years ago the rate was 70 K COP. However, with the USD exchange rate, it's about the same as in previous years. $25 US to be with a girl is ridiculously cheap, and the one street girl I sessioned with only charged 50 K, about the price of a Chipotle burrito bowl in the US.

I have not been to Cartagena for about 3 years, since right before covid, but the I have been to Cartagena 9 times between 2009 and 2019 and the standard rate was always 200 K pesos (which is currently about $40) short time (which was rarely limted to an hour) and 400 k for TLN. The whole night (Currently about $80) - , and no one and I mean no one would have ever talked in USD. Its the Peso and only the Peso. Right now that is just poisoning the market because the exchange rate is so high.

Was in Dolce 2 different nights with 2 different chicas that they both said the same thing. They can charge one of them $100 an hour or $300 for the night, many of them will go $300 for the night, when they get back to their hotel the guy was drinking and smoking so much they can barely have sex or only have sex once then send her home early but she goes back to the club for another one. Both nights I went there and they played that Mundian To Bach Ke song about twice or used the intro sample to lead into another song and its an immediate bunch of guys hands in the air looks like they are screwing in light bulbs.
My club girls now look at Delirium as the desperate location if they cannot get anything from walking the street or dolce does not let them in, they don't even bother with Space anymore either, they are going where they can get the most money out of the men and Dolce seems to be the place to do it.
I thought I would be unaffected by the weekend millionaires because I was not going to take any new girls but I've had 3 of my girls I've known for years all of a sudden want $100 or 400 mil pesos for short time and want to do CBJ and condom sex even though its always been 300 mil BBBJ or BBFS even when I saw them in March. At least they didn't ask for money up front and knew I always pay after but after they didn't even want to stay around, it was clothes on and gone. Had to get 2 new ones who's not too hardened for 200 mil BBFS and they stayed the whole damn day no problem multiple leches and sent them home in time for my main girl to come at night.
I leave tomorrow so tonight's just a quiet dinner in Getsemani, and drinks away from the Centro BS.
Them dams kids is still out there at like 11 pm, I thought they were going to put a curfew on them to keep them off the street.

I usually change out $1000 at a time at the Cambrio and they try to load me up with those 100 K bills even though I tell them give me the 50 K bills. Even with the 50 K bills its a fight with the taxi to get change.
