Thanks all for the help with the guides! Also, can't decide where to stay more or less. First plan to go to Medellin for 10 days then Cartagena for 7 days. Or maybe to stay all the days in Medellin and not to go to Cartagena? Need the city where I can find the biggest part of girls like semi, and non pro. Don't think to visits casas.

Just like in dealing with regular girls, mongering is not a one-size-fits all deal, whether it be in Medellin, Sao Paulo, Rio, Buenos Aires or Los Angeles, etc, etc.
Some girls wouldn't PFP irregardless of price, some would accept much less from some guys than from others for various reasons and some guys are just better able to extract a better price due to their particular skills, looks, chemestry, etc, etc.
The girl that turned down the trip to Peru for $500, may have also turned down $1000 because she wasn't 'feeling' it with that particular guy, however, she may just have accpepted the trip with another for $300.
You just don't know.
Speaking spanish always helps, being in decent shape, good hygene, and being a cool mofo helps greatly as well.

This can be kind of polemic, we never will agree on this matter because it hurts our wallet bad.
First of all, Colombian girls really don't need a pimp to "protect" them from anything, the function of a pimp is irrelevant here because the activity is "legal", but the less brain the easier to be manipulated and scared to be victims of this leaches.
Most gorgeous girls I have met in Medellin are completely free lancers, no pimps or relatives. But I can't deny in the low scene there is a lot of pimping, because they work in a very dangerous territory, but who want to pay high prices for those poor girls? High class escorts usually work for agencies (Agencies can be worts than pimps that's true) or Independently, with contacts, a friend of a friend who has the connections and they may ask for a fee but usually is just mutual wining, The dude wins a favor from Mr. BigPockets and the girl gets a big "donation" Is not a secret how the Entertainment back stage business operates, here and anywhere else.
Now the gringo theory: We gringos f. Ck up most of the play in any city we step on, that is a fact and won't change easily until our government and bankers finish with us and our over seas trips. You can go back in time and will see what a beautiful Mongering paradise was Russia, Argentina, Prague, Rio etc etc.
I was lucky enough to be there before the avalanche of gringos showed up. Man drinks 30-50k you know. Well at the end of the night with the girl drunk and me horny as hell finally went to my aprt. This was like 4:00 AM. Yes we fck good but after the first wild round she just passed out. So can't even do the math how much I spent for ONE hop. Girl is gorgeous, but if I had a contact for this same kind of "regomelas" I would pay her happily and do her all night long. I had a blast and there are no regrets, but the point is that "free" sex is never free, at least if you are an Adonis and have no shame and rich girls would pay for everything. So prices for models are not that bad now, they are spoiled that is correct, we are guilty in most part, that is correct, but it won't change down, We can try to not make it change higher fast, But we can't just be blind and think we can avoid it, especially if we are not locals and language is big barrier, or we are old and not in shape and don't know how to dance and all that stuff that "regular" girls dig, that is something that won't change, not because we are foreigner, not because we should be luckier than in our home.

A trip to Peru, that's fine, but they need the cash flow and probably don't value a trip to Lima with some grabby gringo the way they would their honeymoon. Getting girls to travel is a tricky thing. I have gotten them to do it for just the cost the trip, other times I have had to come up with 200K or 300K per day. There are a lot of factors there and it's a definite YMMV situation.
