Was in Tokyo recently and gave Asian Mystique agency a whirl. Overall very impressed.

Firstly, FS comes as standard in the prices. Whilst they don't want to say this in so many words, I sent an email enquiry and they confirmed this in as close to black and white as you could without saying it. I much prefer this to having to negotiate for "extras" that may or may not be available after someone's arrived. In fact, the service was very much all in. There were a few things they list as "extras" but for me, unless you are into esoteric stuff, all the basics are included. Shower together, DFK, BBBJ, FS.

It's not cheap, but this is Japan, not Thailand, it is a high price country. Finding far better deals on hotels than Airbnb which will also be more anonymous. I'm noting Jan Jan / pink salons, a few outcall deri sites, and options mentioned in the last year or so in this thread. I limit it to $150/ night since I'll be out sightseeing and seeing friends and even some family most of the time so being near a good train line is critical.
