Friday night report
Spent several hours there Friday night. Good and bad:
Just based on numbers, it would be difficult to not find an economical option. Friday night had dozens and dozens of chicas. Some were really attractive. I'd say maybe 10-15 guys max. The highest I was quoted was 250 k and that was TLN. And I'm 100% certain I could have gotten a better deal.
While this is not unique to the Mansion, there were three cell phones stolen in a matter of 90 minutes that night. Just a reminder that even in a "semi-controlled" environment, don't let your guard down.

How secure are apartments there? I carry laptop with me so I am worried it would disappear when I am out of the room. Also, what is the cost of the apartment?

The three cell phones stolen I'm guessing is at the club (open to public) and not in the mansion proper (guests and select / invited girls only). Because I've seen numerous cell phones left charging by the couch or forgotten at the breakfast table and people hold them and track down the owner. No one wants to get banned from the mansion itself for something as silly as a cell phone.

Each room has a safe, and I always bring my laptop with me and leave it open in my room, and have at times left my room open. There's always a risk, but everyone is pretty good for the most part and girls don't want to be banned from the place. So I don't really think you'd have a problem with anything you leave in your locked room. For prices, you need to email them to get the current price list.

Security measures
How secure are apartments there? I carry laptop with me so I am worried it would disappear when I am out of the room. Also, what is the cost of the apartment?
I saw mention of a guy who takes a small security camera with him and sets it up in his hotel room when he travels. Seems like a pretty good idea that I hadn't thought of before. Also always hang out the "do not disturb" placard. I'd even go so far as to maybe bring my own "do not disturb" placard.

In fact, I was at the mansion hotel about a year ago when a phone was stolen there. It was reported immediately and it took them about 10 minutes to look at the video, identify the girl and banned her. Thankfully, the patron got his phone back without any problem. So I agree with you and others. Anything is possible but the hotel is fairly secure. Obviously, in a very dark nightclub with just a few surveillance cameras, it is less so.
And yes, free is possible at the bar. By no means is this a brag. But I'm well known there. Girls are comfortable. And I will spend money to party with them and their friends. I would say it was free maybe 5-7 times. Of course, I spent more than 200 k on drinks and such. (So "free" is a relative term.) But that's part of the fun for me.

Police will do absolutely nothing, other than having a laugh when they talk about it later.

Per a friend the m2 is no more, back to being a private residence.

Best to confirm with their office first.

I was thinking keeping hotel maids and staff honest with those measures.

Club at the Mansion is temporarily closed due to permitting issues. They think it may reopen next week Tuesday.
