Venus-strike three, I'm outta there
Ahh Venus. The girls are usually very attractive. I have tried at least 3 times, all with similar results posted recently by Coyote below. I was moaning about this fact here months ago, and someone replied, simply, "if you don't like it, spend your money elsewhere." I've never been back and don't intend to.
BTW, Leslie at Loryed's (the slimmest of the lot on Monday--slightly big but not gorda), very experienced in the art of giving sexual pleasures to the max, just happened to rock my world that afternoon. It was all I could do to walk back to the bus stop and then over the bridge.
Changes in the change charged?
I see on the local El Paso news that there's talk about raising the crossing costs and possibly relocating the peddy-crossing.
Foot traffic is mentioned at 50 cents - up from 35 and vehicles up to $2.25 - up from $1.65. The pedestrian path on the Santa Fe bridge is also being mentioned as possibly being relocated to Oregon St, which is on the other side of the administration building that we walk past on the way back to America.
General Report On Some Of The Usual Places
I recently had the chance to drop down to Juarez on a Friday and Saturday night. In general, the action was so slow, I had to keep telling myself it was the weekend in Juarez!
Casa Colorado was busy with a good selection of ladies, but more customers too. I say only one working girl in Chito's. She was young, thin, and above average in height.
Sad to say, the Panama only had about 7 ladies. And, that's counting three regulars that I would guess are 50+ years old. (They might be worth a try if, I say if, they were the least bit interested in having a good time. But they're so damned mechanical about things that it's a huge turnoff. They don't make any effort at conversation or touch you or show you anything. It's just "one beer for me" and "let's go to the room".) As far as the other ladies, one was cute, on the small side with a cute figure. But she was also pregnant. Another one was crying and so upset over something that she wasn't even good to talk to. The other two, I would rate a 5 or a 6. It's amazing to me how far down the Panama has come, because not long ago - a year maybe - the place would be packed with people.
Pink Lady was better, but not nearly as busy as it usually is.
Club Paraiso was a pleasant surprise this time. There were at least three, very leggy, very good looking brunettes there in the early evening. It's definitely worth taking a look if you're in the neighborhood.
The Ano Nuevo has had lots of girls lately. Almost all look ordinary though. There may be a jewel or two, but I didn't see them. The music is so loud in that place it's actually painful.
Lately, I've been approached on Juarez Ave (I'm always walking) by a guy who said he was working for the city. It's a different guy each time and he's wearing a little name tag. He says that the city is currently promoting a bar called the Pink Lady. He flashes a very worn card (business card size) with a picture of a very hot girl on it. Has that happened to any of you? What do you make of it? It seems crazy that the city would be promoting a brothel. I figure the guy is working commission for the Pink Lady and it would just cost me more money. So, I just say "no thanks" and keep walking.
Something else that's a little different is that I've run into more drunk "chicas" than normal. Their conversation rambles all over the place and it's hard to understand what they're saying. Usually they misunderstand something you're trying to say and get mad over it.
