it looks like there is no direct contact (by phone or e-mail) so you have to select the ad first by clicking on the name to get access to the page where you find - on the bottom - a form to fill in (poslat zprávu what means send a mesage) but you need to be a registred member in order to do it (Tato služba je aktivní pouze pro registrované a přihlášené uživatele! what means this service is active to registred and logged-in members only!). Once you´re registred fill in the form ( Předmět means subject, Zpráva means message and Příloha means attachement). Once you´re done click on "odeslat zprávu" (send a message) and wait for answer...

Just to add: yes "Seznamka Sally" is a erotic dating service - mostly profi oriented (paid services).

You´re right, several pictures are coming from privat "Girls from Sara" and his related flats. I didn´t see any of these girls in the club during my visit. I don´t know the connection between the new club and the old privat that make them using these old pictures.
