I found myself with just over an hour of free time and decided to walk the street next to Soi Cowboy. I scouted the area, and picked out the place with the super cute girl that caught my eye. I would suggest you try instead Chaopraya II on North side of Sri Ayuthaya road not far away. I was a regular there years ago.

Had Cash a few months ago, and she was decent, did it all well enough, as is custom. Not much of a spark, though, for whatever reason. She's clearly professional enough, knows what she's doing, and isn't too lazy to do it. I wouldn't discourage anyone from trying her, though personally I most likely won't repeat.
