To add, to what is being said,

You have already won the battle half with yourself understanding the problem. Further to the suggestions below, develop a good hobby such as.

1. An early morning walk.

2. Morning yoga classes.

3. Sports. Badminton / shuttle cock or anything of that sort (if you are not into, enrol in the nearest sports club)

And pursue them for atleast 1 month minimum. Whatever you do for 15 days continuously, it will become an habit. Earlier you did it on MPs and mongering and that has become a habit. Now you do the above and you will develop a positive energy. First of all, go and consult doctor immediately.

i also feel you are now self conscious about your looks / health.

my suggestion would be for you to focus on health first. that is the most important thing. go see a doctor. don't feel worried. these doctors see so many patients daily that they won't have the time to judge you, much less remember you and think about you.

join a gym / swimming class. you are still young and can still develop a great body. also these activities will keep you from thinking too much. in my experience thinking too much is always bad.

regarding guilt, it is personal. some people feel guilty for small mistakes and some don't feel guilty even after killing someone. do what you can live with.

all you need are some goals and time to work on them. set the ones that you believe will make you happy in the long run.

Now this SP Raghav from Koramangala has always been a reliable provider. No nonsense and lets me know what to expect. Then he sort of went offline for a couple of months. Since I don't rely on SPs too much, I didn't notice his departure from the scene.

So I searched the picture on google and found an actual person! This has never happened to me before. The case was getting curious and curioser.
