I've heard multiple stories of drugging and robberies where the Chica left the building somehow. I'm also hearing the policía isn't too interested on these cases.

So while I would never stay anywhere without security, it's no guarantee.

Also, at least it would prevent issues where a crew comes in and cleans you out. With just 1 girl, if you're careful and watch what you eat / drink and keep your stuff locked away, you're less at risk.

What about insisting on taking selfies with whoever you take home? Do you think this would deter efforts to drug you, since her face is on your phone now. Taking a picture of ID would be safer but less likely to comply, but a selfie is harmless enough?

Their bodies are by far the best in the country and probably the world.

And why would you want a working girl to live with you? If you want a Colombian wife, why not find a regular girl. If you are the typical Swede or Norwegian, you are probably in a good spot to attract a regular, good looking Colombiana, who will gladly marry you and move to a world class country. Why bother with a ran through working girl, when you can get an early 20's college student with way less mileage?

Both chicas were able to leave the building. Also both buildings had copies of the cedul and one guy had pics of the girls. In both cases the polica took the reports, but basically did nothing. The guy who had his phone stole said the polica made some excuse about the cedula probably being fake.

My point is the polica are not supporting anyone who gets jammed up with a bar chica. So be extra careful right now. Play safe gentlemen.

[/QUOTE]The polica will take a report but nothing else even an arrest. I work in Colombia 5 months of the year. I stay in a very good building with good security. All the guards have been there working for a while and I ask them, any Chica I come in with can't have their ID back until I come and give it to them because I hand it to them at sign-in. I wrote a report 8-9 months ago when an attempt was made to drug me, but the Chica got the drug beer not me because my little home camera recorder her and I watched it in real time on my phone while I was on my balcony. She drugged herself and passed out, I showed the tape to the guard that morning he woke her up and called polica. The polica watch the tape took a report ask me if she took any of my property, I told them no. They search her for drugs and left the building without her. I gave her 300,000 but she earns every cent last night. Here it is fact the polica will do nothing if a bar Chica tries to jam you up so be careful and safe.

And yeah, a Cartagena working girl is likely to have higher price expectations than a hooker from another city, or a semipro or civilian.

I may be one of the guys referenced as I wrote about my incident a few weeks back. Anyway, I was drugged on November 7th and filed the report November 11th. I received an email on the 12th my report had been received and that I'd be notified of a the assigned detective within 5 days. Nothing was sent and my two follow up emails went unanswered. Yesterday, December 6th, I received a templated email stating that my case was being closed as no suspects could be identified. I could certainly identify the suspect if they would have reached out to me or responded!

Anyway, I've reached out to my Paisa network and have identified a fixer with some pull in the police department. I'll keep you updated.

I only posted to make people aware so they can be more careful. When I got to Cartagena 11/19 the guys and one of my regular chicas gave me a complete rundown. But I hadn't heard much before I got there. Safe travels bros!

In regards to playing safe, I'm travelling to Cartagena for my first time in late April. I've already found myself appropriate accommodations based on this site. What I need is advice about which girls to choose when I'm there considering all the druggings. I'm not going to lie, I love to party hard and I'm already prepping myself to take it easy in this regard. Getting too drunk or high will leave me exposed. What about only asking girls to come back to my place from established clubs in the city? Is that a safer bet for me than bringing girls home from the clock tower or tinder? This being my first time, I don't expect to get top quality because I literally have no contacts out there. However I've put my work in with those places, multiple trips, multiple years, etc. I just want to approach this town as cautious as possible without being a prude. Is fucking more important or is getting fucked up more important? You do not have to choose a chick in order to get drugged or robbed. You are the mark. Somebody can see you from far off and get you on gp. You do not want to be in a public space and not have your wits about you. Some chick drugging you is only part of a possible equation, while there are a myriad of other ways to get got.

If you are going to drink, do it in the clubs. And never leave it unattended. If you have your shot, take it there.

2. Never bring a muchacha back your place for the first time. Colombian women are shy, even the working ladies. If she offers to come to your place without having met you, it's a huge red flag. That's where you will be drugged. If you are going to meet a girl, take her to a short time hotel first to try her out. Hotel Mar Y Sol in Bocagrande (literally the only reason I go to Bocagrande anymore) is my favorite. Try her out a few times and if she behaves, then bring her back.

And you won't need contacts to get the best girls. You are not going to meet any full time working girls from Cartagena in Centro. These girls have families and word travels fast. The vast majority are Venezuelans or Colombians from other parts of the country, and they have no real network there.

If you want girls, don't use Tinder. The girls you see on Tinder will be in the clubs, Torre del Reloj, or the beaches in Bocagrande.

Even guys who live there are getting got.

Fortunately I was going there before all of this started and being an old DR dude I made a point of building a network. I haven't really done any new chicas this year. I've stuck with the chicas on my team and I avoid delirium and doce. A little boring but safe. I'm telling all my friends not to go to Cartagena if you don't have contacts. My 2 cents.
