No PE or fund investor or any large corporation would get into such predominantly cash under the table business (if we are talking of MPs with extras business) that too which falls in the "illegal" category. That's because the investor cannot measure the revenue or RoI since much of the cash flow is off the books. If they don't see a clear cut on the books RoI, no PE or fund will invest in a business. In a multi-outlet multi city business like a spa business (if it has to be a big chain with huge growth potential) they are run in a franchise model which will not work unless they are genuine legitimate spas (example o2) or body Kraft in Blore (single promoter owned with equity funding with multiple branches).
Also worldwide shady spa and or hanky panky business are always run by politicians / mafia / law enforcement / city governance officials, who can muscle their way or able to take care of everyday issues in these businesses.

Most of the AT and TDS chains are run by powerful political families, H and V Spas run by Senior Cop. Onlt legit chains will franchise. Seldom you can break into an O2 therapist for extras.

Worth if coming at 5 K given the same innocent looks and good body tone. The number of mongers who are married is much higher than bachelors.
1. They can't hangout with gals like bachelors, due to their position in the society as that would damage their image and marriage which is primary.
2. Reduced sex life due to lack of privacy post having kids.
3. When spouse is out of town, typically the hunt begins.
4. Once a monger, always a monger even after marriage because the secret desires will eat your brain.
5. You marry a girl, after sometime she become aunty. But your heart still want a girl. Men are known to be young at heart.

All marriages have baggage attached in the form of emotional blackmail, these can vary from financial security to family insecurities. Wives are the best companions at the same time they can connoisseurs of nagging. Pent up emotional frustration can easily be offloaded elsewhere without the baggage of emotional distress.

1. Wife stays away for 3-4 days a month (periods) and husband needs sex at that time.
2. wife can get sick sometimes or travels.
3. husband travels out of his city.
4. wife is pregnant or in post-delivery stage.
5. wife doesn't do BBBJ or other angles that he wanted to try.
