It's possible your hotel may allow you to check in early, it never hurts to ask. At that time, I'd probably recommend LA Cafe if you really want to try for a hook up. You will probably get approached by people offering themselves or to find you someone also just by walking in that area. Be smart. Amazonia is not the only short time hotel in that area. If you are not able to check in and find yourself bored at LAC or other, you can always go to a mall and hangout. I think most open up about 10 am. You will probably be able to check in also by around 11 or 12 possibly to your hotel also if they aren't really busy, something I'd ask when you leave your bags at your selected hotel.

In regards to that time, there's no guarantee you will find someone to your liking, but really you won't know unless you try. It's not the most ideal time but you never know what you might come upon.

To OP, as said earlier see whether the Hyatt will accommodate your early check in at a reduced rate or even no charge. Never hurts to ask. LA is really your only option unless you work the dating sites. A lot of call centre girls finish in the morning. In addition to the hotel next to LA and Amazonia you could go to the Sogo. There are even a few pensions in the area. There was a comment 12 -18 months ago by someone who put together a list or found a list of all the hotels, including a lot of the very affordable places.

I am going to be visiting Manila for the first time. Read a lot about LA and G Spot. I am going to stay in Pasig area near Ortigas Business Centre. Wanted to know if the hotels in this area are Girl Friendly? Also if there are good places to move around and find some good pussy. Will really appreciate some help and even I am open to team up with any member for mongering. Please PM me in case you have some contacts. I was in there a few times. But never satisfied with the selection, quite old semester.

Which ever hotel you book into, call ahead and find out their am check in policies. Some will allow, and some won't. Also to do with season, and how busy the hotel is. Remember people checkout in the AM. And staff got to clean the hotel. Cleaning staff normally do not get it or start until 8 am. So, when you get the to the hotel, look happy, and nicely ask to be helped out. Tell them you really need to crash, and can you check in early.

I arrived at Intercon at 4:30 am. They checked me in. I was not expecting that. So, it was nice, even though I hadn't planned any hookups.

There is a wealth of information on those questions in this thread so why not try RTFF? You will be very surprised by what you find. Also look for FRs on 'give and take'.

[/QUOTE]You need to know (had you read the forum you would already know) that there are very few opportunities to pick up or meet girls in Ortigas area despite there being 4 large malls within a short distance.

Most hotels in Ortigas Center area are GF but most are also 3 and 4-star so you will attract attention if you arrive late at night with some slutty-looking bar girl. Because you are staying in Ortigas I can assume you are in Manila on business so you might want to fly under the radar, especially if your company has booked your accommodation.

Whatever. . you will have to cover distances ranging from 30 - 90 minutes or even longer (we measure distances in terms of time in Manila) depending on the day and the busy rush-hour time with the traffic, especially if you wish to go to Makati or LAC or anywhere in Malate / Ermita. If you are serious about mongering you should stay somewhere else other than Ortigas.

And, as WR advises, do some homework by reading the past posts where all of your queries are answered in detail.

Holiday inn, Crowne plaza. And all those malls are Attached or in walking distance to test your skills or get her a "pair of shoes" for her efforts.

The other malls (SM Megamall, Podium) do not have attached hotels but there are numerous hotels that are a relatively short-walk away.

As Poolmover says, you can call up any number of masseuses or get a bellman to "procure" you a girl in any hotel pretty much anywhere in the world, so no surprise he's done it in Ortigas. Craig's List frequently features "Ortigas" girls too, but I suggest that in general the malls in Ortigas listed above are NOT like Robinson's in Malate, for example, and your chances of finding any strolling gfs are extremely unlikely.

No doubt someone will boast of finding someone in one of the Ortigas malls but I suggest that, if so, it was a lucky stroke and mongers will waste a lot of time and energy if they go trolling there as it will be very hit-or-miss and you may need to be young, blonde and blue-eyed.

One place where a friend told me he had some success is Starmall across from Shangri-la Plaza on the Shaw Boulevard-EDSA Crossing corner. It's very much a "local" shopping area and foreigners are rarely seen there. There is a Padi's Point there. These are local bars which are here and there around metro Manila and are sometimes a place to meet people. There is no "bar scene" in Ortigas as in Makati, and Metrowalk on the edge of Ortigas is the best-known live music resto-bar scene in the area.
