Number of true sociopaths in general population are between 1-3 percent. But if one can be convinced that they did it for their religion, for their country, or for their family, this "barbaric" act becomes easier. For a street kid say in Brazil or Colombia, these acts confer status from their peer group. These poor people often feel the system is stacked against them, and legitimate avenues to "success" are not available to them, and thus robbing a fat-white tourist from a foreign country is permissible. You are explaining the reasoning behind the ability to separate empathy and actions exemplary of traditional morality. So these WGs are capable of truly relating to and empathizing with the monger. Look back to 2003, early 2004 and you see a near 1-1 rate. Then with elections, wars, elections, etc. You can see the US economy falling against other countries. For a government, an easy way to stimulate the economy was to suppress the value of the USA dollar. With nearly 1.5 to 1 rates during the Obama presidency foreign countries were spending heavily in the US. Trump has done what he pledged, put the USA first. His negotiations on trade deals have often been hard to swallow, but the have stimulated the markets in some ways, allowing interest rates and exchange rates to correct, or regress, depending on your perspective. I think they are in the current neighborhood until Rump is no longer president and the president who follows him start rescinding the Trump Legislation and Executive Orders.

I thought I read three attributes that can be of a benefit. I think it's more rewarding to work hard and increase your earnings rather than undergo surgery.
