It's hard to believe a average joe on 27, 000 even if he is saving his ass off once his wife turns her back and he hops on a flight buying drinks, throwing ping pong, and barfining several girls giving them 2, 000 baht just to go eat with him and maybe even no sex. Shit if he is only maybe 27, 000 I would like to know his secret so I can start doing that?

I don't even need to Google that to see that your numbers are wildly wrong.
For example the average salary in the UK is about £25K, so I suspect your USA figure is average salary, or perhaps post-tax salary? Disposable income is perhaps 10. 15% of salary, depending on circumstances. So an average Brit might have disposable income of £3K; probably about double that in the States?
So why are the Japanese big spenders in Thailand? Firstly, they do have more disposable income because they have less debt in general, so more likely to spend wildly on holiday. Second, you are seeing the big spenders. There are plenty of other Japs who have cheap holidays, and perhaps stay in Japan. It's not that cheap to fly out of Japan, so there is a self-selecting group of above average earning salarymen who come to Thailand, and may even be on company expenses. But most importantly, everything is so cheap in Thailand compared with Japan that it seems like petty cash to them. I remember my first trip to Thailand, getting 70 baht to the £. A taxi driver tried to rip me off by asking 100 baht for a short journey. I was so embarrassed at paying just over £ that I gave him 200 baht. I wouldn't do that again. But a Jap who is used to paying £500 for a session with a nice Japanese girl will think nothing if dropping 5000 baht for ST with a Thai gogo dancer.

The place to be in case you are in the mood for a long night of dance and festivity.
Noticed the same gangs of farang and girls day after day with their usual seating and corners.
Scored 3 times from there on 4 nights and got a snog from a starfish type gogo girl.

Last night I went out to one of the popular go go, Not much seating but one of the waiter who knew me told me to seat here and I noticed that although there wasn't a bin cup there were drinks and a asktray but no one sitting at the time. After a while a guy came back and pointed he was sitting in the inner part of the booth, I let him back in. As soon as he sat down one of the girls came up and sat down next to him. I've seen this girl many of times not a great looker but nice body and legs after a while. As she left I could see him talking to a friend in the front and then counting out his money before the mamasan came with the actual bill.
