They raised the price and cut back on the time the card is good. Yes the only way to get your moneys worth is the room discount. And if you are able to stay on Mon. Or Tue. Very easy to get your money back.

If with other people my tip is $2. For me that ride is not worth messing with uber to wait and maybe save a dollar fifty.

HK's VIP shuttle is slow and unpredictable to pick up at Ped East border crossing.
It's not worth waiting a long time for it to show and risking safety especially at night. It's quicker and better to book $2 UBER ride or take $5 taxi ride to HK and not being hassled by HK's drivers over tips.
On the way back you can wait around HK's valet parking for the shuttle so It's safer. If you are the only person riding then tip the driver $2-3. If more than 2 persons, tip him $1 each, unless you feel more generous. Just ignore the driver' ugly expression over tip, if any.
Drivers and meseros make far more money every night than the girls hanging out, selling fichas and sex inside the bar. But even the poor girls typically tip valet parking guys $2 for fetching their cars.

For instance rooms were 11 or 12 dollars Monday Tuesday. I used to live in hk I felt like. I would go so much for the discount to avoid 70 dollar San Diego hotel. Then I would get 2 free beers, tell myself, HK just saved me 70 bucks, for coming here, and therefore, I must return the favor by blowing all of it on sex, or 50 of it on tips for girls and drinks for them, lap dances. I've been to HK a decent amount of times and only had an opportunity at $60 for a session one time. Every other time has been at least $80. I never tried for $60 though, I would feel it's too embarrassing to mention $60 cause it could come off "too low" but that's just me.
I rarely do $100. I definitely agree that if a girl can get $100 off you then she is enjoying that a lot because it's good money for barely any work on her end. Even if you find the good girls, you may end up losing them due to them leaving town, or leaving work, or some other type of thing. Maybe these good girls turn sour down the line. You end up trying to replace these girls now.
I'd say a more accurate statistic is this: 1 out of 5 girls is great service, 3 out of 5 medicore, 1 out of 5 terrible. That's a decent amount of sessions to go through before you find great service. And the game wasn't that important to me to bear that much frustration and time into it.

Was no good. It does sound silly complaining about service from the girl to the front desk. Obviously they do not care. This is Mexico for christ sake, customer satisfaction and customer service does not exist here.
I had a great time overall on my three day trip last weekend. The total damage was about a grand, not including the flight, but including my hotel room, drinks, girls and food in Tijuana. I took 5 girls to my room total over the three days, all from HK. The girls I took to me were 8's, and the club girls were mostly 7's, with some 6's and 8's, and the occasional 9 or 10. There were about 200 girls working on Friday night, and maybe 50 on Saturday morning. Also the street had many lined up as well, as there is no shortage of women here. As I stated I took 5 to my room and had amazing experiences with 2, above average experiences with 2, and a so-so experience with 1. And this is from someone who in Germany lived in Brothels for a few years on the weekends.
Lessons I learned (I understand there are others these are just mine) :
1: When you first walk in to HK, walk around and scope the place out to save money. HK staff will try to bother you as you walk around, telling you not to stand in place or lean on a rail, to get you to sit down, so that the section waiter can bother you about buying drinks, or bring girls to you so that you buy them 9 dollar drinks, which probably are sweet tea.
2: Do not have a girl you do not like sit with you, simply tell her "no mas" or "no thank you" and make a hand gesture for her to go away. A girl that sits with you will certainly have a staff member right behind her asking you to buy her a drink. And you will be expected to tip the girl. Speaking of tipping, if you like the girl and you are making out, feeling on her, vibing, etc, only tip her 1's, about once every 3 or 4 minutes or less. Do not waste money. Remember you are trying to gauge chemistry, have a good time and get her to the room. I am saying this because after my trip, I realized that I spent too much on tipping on the floor. Also for you ant*ial types use the staff as a liaison for women. You literally can point a girl out to them, tip them a buck and they will bring her over.
3: Always negotiate what you want with the girl prior to taking her to your hotel room for play. Unlike Germany where I am used to mongering, BJ is not understood for the 100 you spend. 2/5 of the girls I played scrabble with didn't even do BJ at all. Also, its like buying a used car, you'll get a better deal when you do not need a car than when you walk onto the lot and need wheels. Devote 2-3 hours to just enjoy the club, and throw out 70-80 offers to the girls, you'd be surprised who will accept.
4: It's easier to deal in the daytime. The club was packed on Friday night, but on Saturday at 10 AM, maybe 1/4 of the girls were working but the M / F ratio was much better, and I had an easier time getting the girl I wanted, than on Friday when we were packed like sardines. Also, keep in mind that after the club closes, many girls go to the 10th floor of Cascadas, where great deals can be made.
5: Don't walk around on the street, or side streets at night. Talk to no-one on the streets, just keep walking when acknowledged. Safety is priority one.
I could have done the 3 day trip, with 5 girls for about 850 had I been stricter on tipping and drank less. But imo, 300-400 a day to play with some of the hottest women around is not a bad deal.
