I don't think Thailand really has a lot of physically "hot" girls like we understand the term in the west. Definitely not in the P4P scene anyways. It's a lot of 6s and 7s. Probably the hottest I've seen have been at freelancer nightclub type places. And amongst civilians, I do see some hot girls at Paragon or just randomly around the city.
The reason why thai girls are great is more their attitude and personality. If you want stunningly hot, I'd go to south america or eastern europe.

Well in this case, Approach your concierge. Yes, the man with the keys and knowledge od what's what and who's who. Ask him politely that you would like a girl sent to your room that is no less than a 10/10. Be precise that money is no object because many of these girls only go with Asians (mostly Japanese or Korean Hi-class businessmen). The man will most likely show you pictures of girls that are either models of magazines, moror shows, Pritties (expats will know) , and even a few second rate actresses.
You can choose the girl you like and let the concierge do the rest.
I have no idea what the cost will be but My guess is over 10k (without the Tip for our concierge)

These girls are going to be hot according to Thai aesthetics, not western.
I recently went with a thai girl to what was supposedly a beauty contest and sat there in horror at what thais consider beautiful. All the actresses on tv and models that thais fawn over are also major yawns. It's just far, far away from my own opinion. The problem starts first and foremost with how they do their makeup, and then continues to most everything else.
Americans, Europeans and Latinas tend to agree on beauty more often than not. It's only Africans and Asians who seem to be off on their own tangents.
It's a shame really, because I can envision many thai girls I see being really gorgeous if they only knew how to do it correctly (for me).

Well back to business.
I'm trying to recall all this from memory as it was a couple of weeks ago, but if you bare with me ill get it all out somehow.
I believe it was Friday the 25th of feb, I know this because I had a very important meeting at 9pm. So because I needed to be sharp for this decided not to venture out into the day for any thing aside from a good lunch at some crepe restaurant where the waiters all dress up as mimes. Nice food. The greek salad is to die for.
Any way. Work got over at 10pm so decided to make my first trip to soi cowboy. Did a bit of research and found a site called bang*girls. This though evidently dated gave me an overview of what I wanted to know. Which was basically a review of all the bars in sio cowboy and nana plaza. I decided to on this first day go to the best recommended ones at soi cowboy.
First one I entered was baccara. Wow. This is what I'm talking about. It was the first on on the strip, and the closest one to my hotel and the first on I entered. I thought that is this is the begining of things I want to move to BKK. Short description.
Large ground floor, ladies dance on a stage in short skirts and bikini tops or similar. Mirrors on the side of the stage which angle to look up the skirts of the girls dancing. Girls are pretty cute. Not stunners but cute none the less. Look up and is the glass ceiling which doubles as the dancing stage for the girls on the second floor. Again you look through the glass ceiling and get to look up their skirts. Which is sometimes not needed seeing as they dance naked quite often aswell. Any way I spend a grand total of 3 minutes downstairs, because I am told I can smoke upstairs. So make my way up and realise is much nicer here anyway. I sit at the bar and order a beer. The girls upstairs are in school girls uniforms, and sometimes go fully clothed, sometimes topless and sometimes fully naked, depending on the shift. There are also girls dressed somewhat elegantly (for working girls) working the room, not going up on stage. I drink more beer. I am officially in love with this place!
Have a couple more beers, and its 11. So decided I got to find out what else soi cowboy has to offer. So I make my rounds of a fe other places in no particular order. See a live stage show in a couple of places. Nice. One which stood out was suzie wongs. (I'm really sorry I remember all the names of the places, but don't remember which one was which. After a few places met an oldtimer who has been there for ages, I talk with him outside afterskool. He tell me when I go to the toiled not to touch anything. Because that bar is known as the specialty in-house handjob bar. And people use the bathroom to wipe themselves off.
He takes me on a mini tour of the bars he likes, and somewhere we get lost. I'm a bit drunk, averaging 3 beers each place I go, and when you add 6-8 places you'll understand why. Anyway I fumble into one bar which I really liked, low level stage, but very very long. And bright colours. Probably the most colourful brightest bar in the place, I want to say shark but I'm not sure. They also have ping pong balls you can throw at the girls aswell. A girl from the stage sits next to me, and asks for a drink very sweetly. I oblige. And she is tall skinny, and has a very very big smile, a kind of girl I find would be fun on a night out in a club. Any who have a couple more drinks with her and then she ask if I'm interested in taking a girl. I said yes I'm interested in taking her. She then says no no, she doesn't go home with anyone. I'm confused. And to be honest, a little ticked off, she shows me a couple of other girls who are ready to go, but in my annoyed drunking state say I'm not interested and walk out. Head back to baccara, this is my home. Go upstairs and see some women, but the place is dwindling out, its about 2:30 already. I'm glad, because in the state I was, I'd probably take a girl back to my hotel and forget not being able to perform, I would have just passed out. Which according to my prediction was right, at closing time I left baccara, stumbled to my hotel and went straight to sleep.
Day 3
I wake up feeling fresh, I get some stuff I need to get done in the afternoon, and relax the rest of the day walking around surkumvit. Bloody hot and humid though. Get back to the hotel at around 7. I relax a bit and then go and meet a friend for dinner in the arab area.
The place we were at had to my middle eastern working ladies, which my friend told me were from iran, come to BKK to service the middle eastern men. I think this is ridiculous, because there they can get all the women they want and I know I've spent alot of time in the middle east. Why come to BKK to do what you can do back home. Anyway.
After dinner we say good bye and I walk all the way back to soi cowboy. This time I make a pledge to myself that I won't get as drunk as I was the last night, and work my way across the bars from the ashoke road side. Again frequent a few of the bars, and finally decide to hit baccara.
Get there and happy as usuall, second floor, order my beer and watch the show, meanwhile chatting to some other visitors. I like this place because I until then had not had to many women pestering me. Then it happened. A girl, probably a 6 in my book came and sat next to me and asked me for a drink. I know this is stupid, but for some reason I can never say no, no matter how uninterested I am in the girl. She gets a drink. Meanwhile I am still watching the show as she is trying to warm up to me. But I'm not giving her anything. But she still perceveres. I am still watching the stage show, and notice this one girl, short, large fake tita and big smile, again like the previous one someone who you would have a great time taking to a club or anywhere. Anyway she is also occupied by this other guy. Then I see what bewilders me. The same girls I saw the last night I was there when I fell in love, this cute looking, very japanese face. Except now there are 2 of her! I flipped out! Cute innocent but fun looking japanese twins. I'm ready to pounce but then notice that again if you snooze you loose, one of them is sitting with this one japanese guy and the other is hovering around alone. The one with the jap guy leaves. And I want them both or nothing you can't break up a set, its just not right. So I give up of that and say tomorrow ill come in and get them both nice and early. Its getting later and this one I'm with is still putting in so much effort, so I decide that she would be a good experience even though she is not that good looking. So I start paying attention to her, she seems alot happier. She then asks if I'm interested in taking her I say yes, she says she want 3000 for the night, I laugh it off and say no way. Then counter with 1000. She tell me not to be so ovbious and loud with my counter offer, which I didn't think I was. Anyway I pay the barfine. Of 5 or 600 bhat I forgot what it was, she goes and changes and we leave. The 3 minute walk back to the hotel she does nothing but complain. Her heels are really high and she can't walk. My thought are why then change at the bar. The point of changing is to get into somthing a little less slutty and being able to get where your going. Any way we get to the hotel and breeze past reception. They couldn't care less. Get to the room and was suprised. Not pleasently,
She takes off her clothes, and needless to say I was very disappointed. Any way got to get the stuff done, so I go in for a shower and she joins me for a but, then we towel off and get into bed. And the action starts. First cowgirl, then mish, then some doggy. She blows me for a while. And she was acting like a dead fish throughout. Not the same girl from the bar at all. Very disappointing session and when I finally cum, I go for a shower and she starts asking me if she can go. This is all maybe about 40 minutes since we've entered the room. Normally I'd expect her to stay at least a couple of hours. But since I was not happy with her at all I said yes she could go. So I handed her 1100, and she said thank you and left. I was relieved when the door shut behind her. I decided to watch a little tv and pass out.
I guess I underpaid for the girl, but I got under service. I always generally overpay, and ensure a big tip if service is good, which I did with this one, but service was just flat out bad, hence the small tip.
This is a very big contrast to the experience I had the next night.

From my research in this forum. 2 names often popped up for the MP with the hottest girls: Amsterdam and Nataree. Believe it or not, I like hot girls, so those are on my list for the day. I'll give detailed directions since those were missing when I researched.
To go to Amsterdam, you take the MRT to Phra Ram 9. Take exit 3 at that station, you'll get out in front of Mercure hotel (or Grand Mercure? Something like that). Behind you is a big field in construction. When you face the Mercure hotel with the construction behind you, Amsterdam is that big European style building across the street to your left. As you approach you will see a big Amsterdam sign on the roof. You really can't miss it.
I get in Amsterdam at 4 PM. I thought I had read that it was fine, recommended even, to go to those places early. Well it's not. At 4 PM, there is about 20 girls. 15 are in the front row, they are the cheapest, which isn't saying much, because Amsterdam is crazy pricey. These front row girls are 3, 500 or so. Most of them look horrible – there is maybe 1 or 2 I would do for free, but not for 3, 500 or even for 2, 000. They are several levels below Nana girls.
In the back they have their 'models' girls. Only about 3 or 4 at that hour. Only one of them actually looks, somewhat, like a model. Tall, quite beautiful, but not quite magazine cover material. To get to Nataree, you take the MRT to Huai Kwhang. Nataree is across the Swiss Hotel Concorde, so don't take the exit 2 'Concorde'; take exit 3 'Emerald hotel' and walk straight for about 100 meters. There is a big Nataree sign; you can't miss it.
I get in Nataree at 5 PM. Again, I'm disappointed by what I see. There is maybe 10 girls in the fishbowl and 30 girls outside of it. None of them really stands out as a stunner. I actually ask if they have a different floor for 'model' types, or if this is it. Well, this it it. Ok then.
I sit down and get a beer, scanning the room. After a while, I decide to go for a cute little girl outside the fishbowl. She is cute, but maybe an 8. Not a girl you would do a you-turn for in the street, which is what I'm after. Her body will also prove to be skinnier than I like (and I do like skinny!). That's another problem with MP: you don't get to see the bodies before you make a choice, compared to the go-go bars. Also, I don't know if a gym membership is compulsory in Nana, but most of the girls there have really toned, athletic bodies – not so much here in Nataree.

I head back to the Amsterdam area. I eat at some small street stalls I spotted earlier, and get a one hour foot massage. I need some time to recover and I'm enjoying the rest.

Back to Amsterdam at 10:20. Massive change of scene in the last hour and a half. At this point there is only 7 or 8 girls left. All the girls are gone working. Lesson learned, the right time to go to Amsterdam seems to be around 7-8 PM.

I sit down there and get a beer. After a while I motion to a girl but she nods she doesn't want to come down for me. The same thing happens with the next girl. WTF? Both of them were the hottest in there IMO. I'm told a bit later, by another girl, that these two only do Japanese. Ok then. First time this happens to me in Rainbow.

What I learned (or re-learned) :
-Don't get too drunk. It clouds your judgment, makes you take stupid decisions, and it gets expensive.
-Nurse your drinks. In Nana staff very aggressively pushes for you to buy drinks as soon as you don't have one. No matter how many you consumed before. They actually gesture as if they are going to kick you out (though they don't actually do it). Get a big beer and nurse that until you are ready to go (unless you really want to spend and get drunk of course: whatever floats your boat).
