Except for the first time, everytime I have visited Blackbeard's I have regretted it. There are more girls there, but less turnover. So even if there are 10-20 girls there at any given time, its the same girls for your whole stay. You don't like any of the girls there, so you wait for new girls, but they never show. The girls there KNOW that you are not interested, so they are waiting around for new clients, who never show. EVerybody just sits around.

I visited Oxygen twice, about 10 years ago when it was still running in Cabarete and reasonably priced. That was a much better experience, and I was always sad that it changed. Although this seems pricey, when I look back, I would do it again in a heartbeat if it became available again today. That price was all inclusive, including all the food you can eat, prepared to order, and all the booze you could drink. The rooms were much nicer than Blackbeards, with reliable hot water. Nico was the day to day manager, so it was run well. AS the years went on, though, it got more and more expensive. Once it got over $1000/ night, I said forget it.

As time has passed, the good things have disappeared. The Golden Age of Punting is over.

Figure out which ones have good reviews and which ones don't so you can avoid them. My first time I had a notes section on my phone with a description of chicas based on their names. Wen I met them I checked my notes and if I found her attractive and she had good reviews I would take her. There is tis site and a few others that do trip reports. Mine are usually more detailed IMO.
