Geez, that's even worse than the image I had in my mind. I was going by the state of Laura's and the associated rooms they use but the Verde sounds worse.

Anyway, I would avoid Sirena’s until there is a change in management.

My Boss actually made a point to mention at our meeting today a friend of hers, a medical equipment salesman, that stayed at the Camino recently decided to go to juarez. I guess he was ruffed up and passed away in a Juarez hospital.
I understand its dangerous when I here these stories and the one of the murdered dancer on here...I honestly have never felt unsafe in Juarez at any time either just goign to the movies or dinner, being out in the bars late at night or even when im doing my style of mongering.
Maybe it was my Boss's story, but reading your most recent comment got me scared for you buddy, if I may call you that. It seems to me that when things go wrong in J-town they go very wrong very quickly. First sign of trouble I would have quietly dressed and left and chalked that $40 down the tubes as a life experience.
I've see the girls at Pink lady go apeship a few times and throw tantrums but I wasnt direcly involved and I was leaving at the time.

I was thinking of indulging in a steak and rub on that side of town but that sounds a little bizarre.
I think you're right. They're making up excuses so they don't have to refund your money. It seems to me that they don't exactly take the long, patient approach to building their business. And, by "they", I mean the girls and the establishment.
If I don't like the way the girl is behaving, I just leave. It's difficult sometimes to get in the mood and then leave. But, at least I feel a little more in charge and I know she's not ever going to get any more of my money. And besides, there are plenty of fish in the sea.
The American fellow who owned the Sleepy Iguana had the right attitude I thought. Nice clean place. Nice clean rooms. He would give you a tour and show you the whole place if you wanted. And, I know for a fact that he kicked at least one girl out of his place for getting into it with a customer. I miss that place. Oh well.

That's the part that got me - their complaints about you. After all these years, you think they would've hinted at some problem with you as a client, somewhere down the line - especially if "you make the girls cry".
Bizarre. But I think BW hit it about the refund thing. With all the crackdown news down there, maybe they're too protective of the funds now.

In case you have not figured it out, it's all about your money, that's all they want, could care less about your satisfaction, or even your return business.
Weird business practice, but reality of Juarez, and a lot of the rest of Mexico. They know another sucker will be along any minute, so ain't worried about you comming back.

Also I appreciate that "Complaining to the Manager" by Coyote79 shouldnt have brought such grief to him and that complaining to management about an MP girl is a reasonable 1st reaction.
But based on the my CFO's story, the Murdered prostitute, and Coyote79s problems I was just wanting to remind everyone to be cautious.
A few years ago I was visting the clubs over in Juarez Routinely (La Changada, Arriba Chihuaha, Tesguino's, Don Quintin and was luckily attending with a couple of ole pros who would always advise me: "if you go in the bathroom and you see them with the bag of white powerder don't look at them just do your business and leave"; "don't look at THAT guys girlfriend", "don't start shit".
Its only my 2 cents just trying to give some perspective to Coyoyte's post and remind everyone to be very careful. The sex industry in juarez is obviously in transition, it is a third world country and when things go bad they tend to go really bad.

Police responded to the intersection of Father Rahm and Oregon Street just after 1 a.m. after a resident in the area reported a whole line of cars had been vanadalized.
Large rocks were thrown through windshields and side windows.
Police talked with some of the car owners, several of which were returning to El Paso from a night out in Juarez.
