Perhaps you can find some ladies on the street in Pattaya for 500 THB. But for organized establishments in an expensive city like Bangkok, even 500 THB is not realistic. About 1500 THB is the cheapest you can expect. And a lot of places charge a lot more than this.

Once you have a proper business, it takes rent, utilities, bribes and such to keep it running. More importantly, they will rarely offer rock bottom prices to anyone if market would support higher.

However, there is still full sex for sale in Thailand for not much more than 300 baht, even now in 2016. A few brothels (mostly targeting migrant workers) at the outskirts of Bangkok have one-shot quickie prices starting from 350 baht all-in (note: only half for the worker, half for the house), though most girls are in the 450/550/650 category.

Freelancers at bottom-end spots like Khok Wua or Wong Wian 22 can also go as low as 200-300 baht (for an oldie or hobo) plus ST hotel, though decent lookers even in bottom end places ask 500-600 these days. Obviously, not Farang-friendly, no English, not clean and poor service, but for sometimes it's fun to browse around those types of places.

It is a regular massage place but once I was offered full service but did not accept because her price was too high and I was more interested in a massage rather than sex. You might try there.

The places on soi 8 are good for starting out. Years ago, the place that is a spanish tapas bar (alas, tapas not topless) was a massage parlor --before it was some awful furniture place -- and I had mixed results there, including two memorable BBBJs. I live in Nonthaburi and there are several in my neighborhood just like your description. 300-400 for the massage, and the rest is negotiable. But the prices at worst are 500 HJ, 1000 BBBJ CIM, 1500 full service. Here and there I negotiate cheaper and get multiple pops out of session. But there is really no standard service at these places. So it's what you make of it, and doing some legwork. I even have a place 2 feet outside of Moo Baan that has girls in their young 20's that are pretty good lookers, but it's a little to close to home for me. I think that every hood in Thailand has some of the same options. If your interested, there is a street with about 20 MP's close to Muang Thing Thani. It's filled with girls in their 20's to 40's.
