Hi,
as I want to fly in by AirAsia, I will arrive at Bangkok, Don Mueang (DMK) , about 20:00. But still to make customs.
(If necessary, I might be able to arrive about 18:00 + customs)
Any advice how to get to Pattaya by public transport?
Or, what is a reasonable taxi agency / price?

Not sure what the fixed rate is for the public taxi, but I would imagine less than 2000 baht as it's 1500 from BKK and less than 500 between the two airports.
For me, after a long flight, I don't have the patience for public transportation.
When the baht bus goes down Beach Road then turns left on South Pattaya Road, it reaches the intersection with Second Road. Some turn left onto Second Road, some continue straight on South Pattaya Road, and some turn right to go towards Jomtien.
When on Beach Road, is there a way to know which of them goes which direction? It's annoying to have to get off, wait, then pay again.

Using Taxi from DMK to Ekkamai bus station (I think it will be more or less 300bht). And catch a bus for Pattya or Jomtien (136bht or less).
If you skip to using taxi, you may have more girls from coconut bars in beach road, isn't it? LOL

If the baht bus is going to Jomtien he / she would be on far one or two lanes on the right since those two can make a right when the arrow indicates green. So if one wanted to go to Jomtien he would be at that corner or the corner across where the police box is located to go to Jomtien.
If you want to go straight or left down 2rd road you would be on the left, Now this is the key!
As you are standing there when you see the songthaw coming point to the direction you want to go. Down second or straight the driver will then pull over that is the one you take! If they don't stop their not going your way!
Another example: If I at the end of Soi 6, and Beach Road, and want to catch a songthaw to go from Beach road and turn left on Pattaya Klang when I see a Songthaw coming I point left and if that songthaw is going to turn he / she will stop! It has never failed me?

If I'm already at the intersection where they can make their decision, then I can easily get on the right one by walking down the road in the direction I want to go.

You would have to transfer and get another. Just ask the driver, Khun pai Jomtien? Khun pai Pattaya Klang? (Are you going to Jomtien? Are you going to Pattaya Klang?)

Some of These buses crossing the walking street and enter again in 2nd road. Just drop in intersection of 2nd road and you will find the ques of bht buses departs for Jomtien.
From all of you currently in Pattaya or seniors just need a tiny advice.
What would be the absolute right place to have a Bachelor's Party for a mate? We are about 12 of us.

Finally, here I come in a couple of Days: first I will head down south to meet some people from my country, but then I will head to Pattaya.
I am thinking that it should be fairly easy to bargain during this time of year due to the low season, am I wrong if I Think that I can Catch a bargirl age 20. 25 to take back to my room and have a BBBJ and CIM for 500 B?

They are both on the ground level. Per the Bell Travel Site, the last bus is at 6 PM. The other transport company also ends early (7? Or 9?).
If you google Bangkok to Pattaya taxi agencies, the price is between 1000. 1200 baht. I use [url]http://www.pattaya-taxi.com/[/url] At 1000 baht (they pay the tolls). You need to reserve for this option.
Info from several years ago: The set price from the official taxi stand was 1500 baht. You can negotiate a taxi dropping off a fare on the top level for between 1000. 1200 baht (they pay toll).
