In the Phillippines, family is very important. It comes before anything else.
Refusing a family member who asks for help is also something they find difficult.
The harsh reality is that many of them go back with not much than they came here with.
It is difficult for a young girl to say this to her elders. That is considered disrespectful, but actually its just a bunch of BS designed to emotionally blackmail these girls.
As my friend Wicked Roger has told me many times, with filis, always keep the pimp hand strong and you will be ok.
I trust that you now have a better understanding than you did before.
WB
Good assessment. Many working here are unmarried mothers and 'forced' to support the family such as lazy pinoy brother and cousins as she is 'rich' as she work for a pittance (not what they think) in the UAE. Family are generally money grabbing and live for the moment and if you thinK I am wrong go and ask a pinay and over time you see it is true.
An old playmate was asked would she marry a pinoy and she said "No, why as they will not work, drink, smoke be lazy and spend all my cash. And their dicks are too small LOL" But she was right (in all areas!) as she has seen it happen as I have in the Philippines with families doing zero to help themselves while daughter does 12 hours a day in a mall etc.
Need to be firm, be kind hearted at times (I have been and still am) but never let the greedy relatives into the mix. Mate was in Cebu and went to see his cutie's family an ended up paying for 38 people, meal and drinks. Was a big surprise and never again did ignore WR's advice on this
