I need the person to who can prepare the list of semi, before my coming or we will go together to the clubs with this guide and he helps to speak with the girls, cause I don't know Spanish well. That is the problem. To find and visit casas I can do it without a guide. So if you have any contacts, I would be very thankful if you give them.

Those places are established and don't need to do anything to have people coming in. We do. I agree, that I could care less about these extras but the proof is in the pudding. Everytime we have one, we get people coming just for that event. We also have many expats living here that ONLY come to watch the NFL games. Remember we have 2 floors. We have plenty of room to do things to keep varied groups entertained.

We just got the stripper license a few weeks ago, and have just been playing around with it until the partners could get together and start the building of the stage to turn us into a full blow strip club. That happened today, and we start work on the stage and the new Sound System tomorrow. We will announce a new Grand Opening for Liquid Strip in the next few days.
We are also starting work on our unit next door. Instead of renting an apartment, we decided to build a few small bedrooms for the out of town girls we will be hiring to be "Dancers" in our club. There will also be 4 cubicles for an existing Webcam sex company who will be moving their operation to Liquid. Upstairs on that side is the big VIP room which is mostly finished, but still has some final touches to be ready to rent out. In fact I've been staying there myself this last week.

There is no mandatory tipping anywhere as far as I know, but it's certainly not at Liquid. But, yes, they do go around asking for tips. We'd have a mutiny if we tried to stop that.
And yes, we have all the equipment for food, but we don't want to deal with the licensing required for an indoor restaurant. We will do something very similar to San diego. We will have a stand outside making various foods. Not sure when that will be ready though. All of us are working 12 hour days to get us to the next stage.

I had this job in college, and just couldn't figure out how to get there on time. The job's income was important to my financial well being, but I just couldn't manage to show them the consideration for their time they felt they deserved for paying me on a regular basis. One day, I came in (late) and saw a guy sitting at my desk. My boss came out and explained that I no longer worked there. I was unemployed for almost a month, my financial situation went to shit and it took me a while to catch up. Since then, I've usually been on time to my commitments.
When a girl doesn't show, I wait for about 15 minutes, then I call. If there's no answer, I make other plans. If 30 minutes passes from the time she agreed to be there, I make other plans.
