I was there last week and there are 4-5 places open for business from around 9-10 pm. Most in their 40's and not attractive enough to pay for. Not really worth going there anymore.

I will visit Seoul again next week.

Saturday night around 11 pm. Completely dead along the main strip. All buildings empty. The stalls in the middle section of the main road were gutted. Only stalls (maybe 8 in total) the small alley next to the GS25 that leads to the Main road were occupied. Looks like complete shutdown is imminent.
