Only had one sesh there and the gal was new to the biz and did not seem to have received any training sadly. I was not very impressed with her, but I am sure the SW vets provide excellent service.
I have found the service level at Bongkot to be very good. Owned by Saeng who is also the ownew of Tulip. She seems to keep performance standards the highest of any PSE place.

No issues paying for looks and performance. We really need a shop that has the looks of The Lord and the performance of Tulip guaranteed. That would be worth the big bucks. Many are basically leftovers from the heyday of the prostitution industry, if they had a viable endgame (e. G. Saved up some of their way-above-average earnings or took an opportunity to snag a punter interested in marriage), they would have already been out by now. Their plan may well be "live another day". If job market is good, at some point when prostitution earnings dwindle, a low-end job may become just attractive enough (at least more attractive than turning tricks for 300 baht at Sanam Luang).

Yes, there are a very few venues where you find the early 20 somethings, but for the most part the age is up up up. Why? Because there is more opportunity these days. Now with the current regime will that hold? Your guess is as good as mine.
I have lived here for over 15 years. During that period the price for P4 P on an inflation adjusted basis remain inexpensive. Prices at oilies and BJ bars are little changed. Some of the tiered rates at soapies are up and go go's are bad value for sure but across the spectrum of Bangkok's mongering universe overall prices have risen less than for example at restaurants or for health care services. Also it helps to know where to go to avoid hyped overpriced tourist traps.
As to the quality of looks and service of providers, this is highly subjective. I feel membership of the Grumpy Old Men's club, pussy fatigue and over familiarity may have a part to play in why some members feel it has gone down. For me a wander around the various Bangkok P4P venues day or night mostly turns up any number of delightful young ladies who give a good time at a reasonable price.
While still possible it's true no longer can one expect it to be the norm that a sweet passive compliant girl will suck an uncovered dick and have a load deposited in her mouth while pretending to be an enthusiastic girlfriend telling him how wonderful he is. For little more than the price of a good steak and a glass of wine she is no longer passive, meek and grateful a fat slob in a tank top who feels his money talks and entitles him to whatever he desires choose her to spend his money on.
