Looking into flying into San Diego since it's cheaper than TIJ. Online it looks like there's a bridge (Cross Border Xpress) that allows you to cross the border right into TIJ. From there would an Uber to Cascadas be a reasonable way to get there?
Seems like this would be an efficient way to cross the border back and forth with minimal lines and also save on airfare, but I haven't read anything about it on this forum. Has anyone used this service before?

You will need to cross in San Ysidro or Otay.
