Just got robbed yesterday around the SF area. Actual location is around the corner of Ave Caracas and Ave El Dorado and during broad daylight around 2 pm. I got a hotel in the middle part of Chapinero around Calle 70. Seemed further enough into the upscale area but not as upscale / expensive as Usaquen, while still being a 15 min Uber to SF.
