Honestly, the best bet is an anma (massage place) or maybe some Thai massage places. OP's will eventually require you to speak to someone. They will give you the general location, then call you and tell you the room number or the actual building and room. Unless you get a booker who can speak English (which is going to be rare), you're pretty much SOL.

Messaging sometimes works, but usually follow up with a phone call and then they might tell you politely 'no foreigners'. It's not personal, just the way it is. I still have a half dozen K girls that I see regularly, so no big deal.
