DR: 364,000 cases. 4,000 deaths. 370 deaths per 1 million population.
That being said many more ISG posters have reported from Brazil than the DR and from what I read all visitors to Brazil have been having a rollicking and safe time so don't mind me.

I don't trust any of these figures from second and third world countries really.

Also Bomboa is bad, and the space is too small, quality not good, not too many girls but entrance is very much worth it.
Scandallo this Thursday is the worse I have seen. Thought I was about to pay for $600 reais entrance, but in the end only payed 400,because I did not use all 200 of the consumo.
Talents are so much lacking now that fits my standards.

Kudos Turgid for looking this up. You do have to consider that urban Brazilians are more likely to be vaccinated however. I'the imagine Sousa is more like Manaus than São Paulo. Uncertain times for sure.

Unless the policy has changed, and unless there is a special event, the entrance after 7 PM is 400 real, of which you can apply 200 real to consumption. It is not 400 plus 200 consumption. If you don't use the full 200 real consumption, it does not change that you owe 400 real when leaving.

I think for a couple of weeks. It is not hard to find someone that is doable in clinicas, but for longer period and if you don't repeat, then it maybe difficult.

Finally going to be in Sao Paulo this week, and it's been a long time coming. I remember about two years ago I had my trip booked to Brazil, but accidentally booked over Carnival. Considering that Carnival is supposed to be very slow in Scandallo, I rebooted to a month later. Alas, the pandemic struck and I haven't been able to plan for SP until now. I'm planning on visiting the clinicas just to see what they have to offer, but I'm probably going to spend most of my time in Scandallo. It's been touted as the best P4 P location in the world by many on this forum, and the nightclub / lux setting seems like it would be right up my alley. Looking forward to getting my reports out there.
Ironically I think I booked over another holiday this time. Anyone know if Tuesday's "Our Lady of Aparecida's Day" will have much of an impact on the number of girls? I guess we'll see. Also I hope that I'll be able to disagree with Nuupter's recent claim that the looks at Scandallo have gone down.

What I have said is that it's the best "of its type" in the world, meaning the lux / nightclub category. That's a very important clarification and distinction. Now if that kind of environment is your thing, then as long as the lineup has recovered from the challenges posed by COVID, you're going to love it!

I've brought back GPS to the Grand Hyatt 3-4 x times (usually at night from Scandallo). I got stopped 3 x and asked politely to register my guest and the one time we were able to walk to the elevator, she was dressed casually like my SO.
Make sure you book a room with 2 or more guests in your reservation or they will charge you a guest fee.

I chalk most of it due to the improving Covid situation in SP.
I don't believe Our Lady of Aparecida's Day is a big deal like Carnival, Christmas or Easter with regards to reducing the amount of girls working.
I'm coming to SP this week too (10/13 to 10/19) so if you or other ISG bros want a wingman, shoot me a PM. I usually do clinicas by day and Scandallo at night. I hope to check out Cafe Photo and maybe Lotus Lounge this trip as well, as I hear they just reopened.

Are there any government policies about that?[/QUOTE]There is no issue with having visitors in the Grand Hyatt, if they arrive alone, they will need to present an ID at the reception, where they will be registered as such. Keep in mind that visitors registered remain in your hotel record. If that is a problem for you, suggest that you arrive with the visitor and proceed to the room. Also, make the room reservation for 2 people to simplify matters. If you have not been to the Grand Hyatt before, the facilities are great, the location is safe, the hotel crowd is basically business people, but there is practically nothing around it but business buildings. There are two shopping centers 2-3 blocks away.
