Maybe with the dollar down and the global economy taking a towelling we will see a return to the glory days of Asian student mongering.

I was in Bangkok a few months ago -- heaven it is -- and it only drove home how impoverished is the scene here.

Well Auckland isn't Bangkok, or Pataya, but it beats Sydney all around. Much better value.

Hell, the AA building was useless when I visited 12 months or more ago. (See Report)

Made a return visit to Angela in Takapuna a few days ago. Boy Oh boy, amazing how a few months in this game can change a provider. First visit was all GFE. Actually BKK is a nasty polluted overpriced hole. Pattaya is where its at. I'm not even going to step foot in BKK if it can he helped on my next trip.

I use to think Pattaya or Phuket was the place until I discovered Angeles City and Manila, Philippines.

IMO, it is cheaper, better GFE and more important, most girls speak reasonably good English.

I don't necessarily agree with you about BKK being polluted. I've done the resort thing in Thailand a few times, most recently in Krabi and thought they were every bit as polluted as BKK. Anyway, one big SE Asian city is just as bad as the next. If you want pollution try HKG in August or Beijing any day of the year. As for Pattaya, its probably fine if you're on a bulk buy budget, but BKK has outstanding range, great hotels, fine restaurants on nearly every soi and a couple of good Kinokuniya book shops to fill the down time.

Booked to see Amy at Jenny's Beach Rd at 8pm tonight. When I first rang asked when she was working to and was told around 9pm. Asked whether could book for 1hr at 8:30 and was told that would have to start booking at 8pm.- said fine, receptionist took name, repeated it back and had it wrong so corrected it and so I then spent 35min in the traffic getting to the city and arrived at the appointed time of 8pm. Quickly parked and went to the apartment to be told that Amy was unavailable as she had already changed and needed to leave to get home so that she could do a later outcall.

Having been to Jenny's a number of times over a couple of years ( 20++) I was really annoyed. I have previously posted good reviews of Amy on this forum and have previously found her service excellent but tonight I was less than impressed that I wasted 1hr of my time (35min there and similar time back to hotel near airport).

All Jenny offered was an excuse blaming her new receptionist and "sorry".

This is the third time that time wasting has occurred despite a firm booking by a regular. No offer of compensation or a discount next time for the inconvenience was offered and I didn't think I should have to ask. Clearly Jenny and her girls don't want my business!

It is not as if Jenny is operating a "small owner-operator brothel". She even has a website and has 12 girls listed as working this week. So you would think that she would want repeat customers. Well with the other available alternatives I think I will look elsewhere in future.

I've seen her a few times and has tried to jump on with no cover and if you find other posts in her find it happens often.
