If you step out of the main station and go towards kaiserstrase,you have the brothels.Average rate is Euro 30 for a quickie and if you scan the forum lot of info is available

Positions is English, German would probably be Stellungen. Position does seem to have migrated into German, but the plural is Positionen. Girls in the Frankfurt Lauhäuser are about as likely to speak English as German, so who know what they are actually saying.
I've no idea what the other bit is, but I imagine it's something to do with multiple positions. That's another common question.
Other ways to say this would include;
Mehere Stellungen: multiple positions
Einige Stellungen: several positions
Ein paar Stellungen: a few positions (capitalize the p and it's a couple of positions)
One could also specify how many; i.e. zwei (2) Stellungen, drei (3) Stellungen usw.
One could substitute Positionen in all of these examples.
I'm sure the native speakers can come up with other, perhaps better ways to express this.

When I was in Frankfurt the last time I visited the sex-kino on Kaiserstrasse near the Hauptbahnhof. The kino is located on the second floor above a sexshop. I paid the entrance fee 8 euros (includes drink) and went inside. There were maybe 4 movies running of wich at least one was a gay movie. As a heterosexual guy there was no problem to avoid the gay part of the establishment.
In total there were maybe 4-5 other guys present and two latin girls were hanging around. After a short while one of them offered me a BJ for a reasonable price. I accepted the offer and was led into a small room where the session took place. It was quick and nothing remarkable but of some strange reason I like the sleezy athmosphere of a sex-cinema so much that I went back the next day for a similar experience.
