The Philippine Agent/Manager scene
I had some interesting conversations with two Philippina ladies which I employed long time from the Wan Chai district bars regarding the agent/manager situation. Our conversations extended over a period of a couple of days. Initially they were reluctant to talk about how this system worked, but ultimately warmed to the topic and shared some interesting information. This report is based solely on information these two provided...independently of each other. I will comingle the two accounts to create a composite.
Girls who live in the Philippines, but are not necessarily WL there, find an "agent/manager" there by networking. The managers buy the girls a round trip plane ticket to Hong Kong. The agent/manager travels frequently between the Philippines and Hong Kong, usually escorting the new girls to HK. In this case the agent is a female. The new girls are expected to pay back the agent $4000 HK for their plane ticket. They pay $50 HK per day directly to the flat owners for their room. These two girls decribed very similar flats in Wan Chai which consisted of two bedrooms and a "salon" (living room). Currently there are 15 girls living in each place. The owners of the flat, a married couple, use one bedroom. The girls, who don't get employed overnight, have to share the remaining space. Multiple bunkbeds are provided. Gnerally, two girls share one mattress with a total of four per bunk. There is only one bathroom with a shower for the girls. The girl telling the story laughed as she told me that sometimes 3 of the girls have to shower together because they're all going out around the same time in the evening. Everyone keeps their belongings and earnings in a locked suitcase. Alternatively they keep their earnings in their purse, which they carry with them at all times...even to the bathroom.
The agent or manager runs the place and tells the girls when to get showered, dressed, and out. The girls are expected to pay the agent half of their earnings daily, until the $4000 HK is paid off. Once the debt is paid, the girls become "freelancers". The girls are also responsible for buying their own food. The agent keeps close tabs on the girls who owe money for their ticket (which the agent holds). The girls are allowed to keep their own passports. The agent wants to make sure that she gets her 50% before the girl spends the money on herself or sends it home. The agent knows, of course, who had an "overnight". During my morning sightseeing with my "date", the agent called her literally five times to ask/tell her to bring home the money.
Once a girl has paid off the $4000 "ticket" the agent no longer keeps close tabs on her. Of the 15 girls, the 3 most experienced might do 4 short times per night. The less experienced/attractive girls might not have any work for 4 days.
There are always girls coming and going, due to the 14 day visa requirement. In this case, the agent/manager is close friends with the ticket agent. The manager leaves someone in charge to oversee the operation when she has to return to the Philippines. I got the impression that this one agent always ran just the one operation and oversaw the one house. BTW, "guest" has now replaced the term "john".
One of these two girls was on her second visit to HK. She told me that she is not a working girl at home, but that her family borrowed money to help her get to Hong Kong. She laughed with embarisment when she confessed that she did not make enough to repay the debt. So now she was on her second tour, but this time with a manager. And still struggling to pay back the ticket.

The info on this board helped me prepare for my visit to HK and now I’ll try to share some info that I hope will help someone down the line.
Before I forget, thanks to my boss too for sending me on an Asian expedition and footing the bill for my “work”. I managed to get in a few meetings in between other activities so I think the new business will cover the expenses.

There are a few clubs near the Hilton Tower area and I assume they all offer similar services.
I found a club that seemed like a good place to start. I walked in, was greeted by at least 3 women who passed me on from one to the other until I found myself in a room and was told that the terms would be explained to me with no obligation. The papa came in and did the explaining and asked if he could suggest a girl. I said sure.
It cost me very close to what Rick said it would. The damage was $550 to the house to start with. Basically, this is to meet the girl and pick one you like. If you decide to take the girl out, it’s another $550 to the house. The papasan told me that the going rate for the girls is $1500 for one hour but the girl I picked told me she would stay with me for 3 hours which again is bang on with what Rick had said. I picked the first one I saw (Jen 23 yr old b cup, about 5’3” and 100 lbs). I took her back to my hotel. I won’t go into a whole lot of detail about the session itself since we all have our own opinions and preferences about what is good and what is not. I know it’s possible to get laid for a lot less but at least this option gives you a good idea of what you’re going to get before you buy and she was just like a real gf. Works for me!

I told her I was going to Macau while here so she asked if I would like her to come along on her day off. How much I asked? She came to the hotel at 7:30 AM and we started the day off with another roll in the sack before leaving. She took charge at the ferry terminal, got the tickets, got me through the lineups and then through customs, showed me around Macau and took good care of me, even making sure that I got some HK dollars back for Macau dollars that a cabby had given me.
When we returned, she took me to her favorite restaurant for dinner and then came back to the hotel and stayed with me until 10 PM. She was very friendly throughout, always smiling, cuddling, leaning her head on my shoulder and sneaking the occasional kiss. She had me thinking she liked me but I think it’s more likely she enjoys being with men in general. Her English was not good but we got along well anyway.

All in all, I’m happy with what I got and I want to thank Rick again for his info which worked out real well for me. If I remember right, he even offered the notes about the clubs without being prodded. It’s a relief to those of us who don’t have as much experience to occasionally have notes offered freely instead of always being told to RTFF. If not for Rick’s notes, this would likely not have been an option for me!
