I have been trying my luck with Mongering in Delhi for quite sometime now. Have visited a couple of MPs or so called MPs in East of Kailash and Kalkaji for FS, but never found the right mix - beauty + GFE + Affordability. Delhi can't be equated with Thailand. Nonetheless, you can find whatever you seek here. My firang friends tell me they found it easier than the locals - if your expectations are real and you take the usual precautions (as elsewhere). Depending on where you stay and who is your wingman, HT may not be the only option.
You already know this:
1. Quality and value are relative. My pearls are someone's pebbles.
2. When in Rome, enjoy the locals (= Go to Nairobi if you crave dark chocolate).
3. Business and pleasure don't mix, says who?
4. An old city attracts the usual flotsam. A little geography and history never harmed anyone.

It was interesting to read all the exchanges about the mongering scene in and around Delhi. In spite of being the city where so much is supposed to be readily available for buying influence, it is rather tough unless one knows mongering old-timers who live in Delhi or other well-known contacts.
Unlike what we would do in other countries, try asking male employees of the hotels you stay in who are doing a guest relations function, and they would give you more focused and practical advice. If the one who sits in the lobby area doing the guest relations job is a woman tell her that you would like to talk to a male colleague about something personal you need.

Mouse, I'm quite surprised that you don't think there's enough information on the Delhi board to get what you want. There are several helpful seniors on this board, but even if you just consider what I have posted, there's enough to get you going.
I've posted several fairly detailed reports on how and where to pick up a street walker. I've mentioned names, posted photos (of girls who are still, as of this posting, doing their thing), rates etc. All you have to do is go there.

If I can get into the mongering scene and reach a stage where if I'm in the mood I can get some p4p action, then trust me, anyone can.

Just another point though. Mouse1 has over a hundred postings, most of them dealing with Bangkok which is his yardstick. Compared with that, it is so very difficult in Delhi, and this comparison is the background for my own earlier comment, and which LukyGuy 7198 also has picked up.
All of what you have said is true, Aurangzeb, but I suppose that he does not have the time (even if he has money) for patient exploration on a quick two-week visit during which he would be busy work-wise as well. Helping him would be a good thing to do.
