Inspired by my own post.

Went passed 1240 upper ferntree gully Rd today to see if I could see a randy MILF like at other April and flowers shops in 6 a and 678.

Fuck me dead it was hopeless. This place used to be infamous for dirty threesomes.

I cannot say I've been to worse less friendly shops since covid.

Either their prices need to remain flat OR reduce OR their service levels need to lift significantly. I haven't seen, nor think any of these things will happen. - so fuck it!!

On top of that I am getting contacted regularly now by a lot of shops / independents that have my number texting me prices, names of girls working etc without even asking.

Went into one of my old haunts recently asked the Papasan how's business. He shrugged his shoulders and said nobody has any money.

Larger, plump Chinese MILF was the only girl available and she had provided excellent, sincere service. Very friendly and naughty. Anything you wanted was $100 tip, plus the 1-hour, $70 massage fee. In hindsight,

45-minutes would have been enough. Larger girl than what I would have liked, but she certainly delivered.

The one at Brighton Beach used to have some young korean girls but now I find it pretty hit and miss. Up the road at 485 South Rd there is a Viet lady on Fridays who is very lively and endowed with enlarged labia. There are sometimes young ones at 466 a Centre Road and also at Bamboo Garden at Highett Road.

The one above the florist on Highett Road can have good ones but they like to charge for it. The one at 278 Warrigal Rd also has has good ones with high prices and is connected to the one on Patterson Road with the same deal. Have had some good ones opposite Coles on G road but now the good ones are gone or always busy.

I am now asking to see them first (in good light) and try to avoid compromising.

With so many parlours now in bayside and kingston and glen eira, and the economy tanking I expect to see prices drop or extras added in.

I know BBFS is on offer in many places in south east at prices lower than East.

They are still sticking to $50 HJ, $100 for NHJ and $200 for FS. Best avoided and head south east.

Honestly 1240 ufg was an eye opener for what suckers out east pay.

Talking to one of my regulars who also works at 1240 avoid this place on weekends. Girls like Sasa aren't worth my cash.
