One time, he got angry and proclaimed that he was a long time Sao Paulo resident, and had been mongering in Sampa for years. My response was that fact alone didn't necessarily translate into him having taste with respect to female optics LOL. Again. Some men have it. And some men don't (but often think that they do hahaha). Or, they will say things like it's impossible to intelligently talk about "having taste" with regard to the mongering hobby. I beg to differ.

Finally, I was able to get to Scandallo yesterday evening (Tuesday). I'm happy to report that it is definitely the best P4 P venue that I have been to. As I mentioned before, I'm comparing against HK in Tijuana, La Isla in Medellin, and gogo bars in Bangkok / Pattaya.

The first thing that strikes you about Scandallo is that It's VERY big. Not just talking about physical size, but the number of girls on a slow Tuesday night national holiday was at least 80-100. The girls are very varied. There is every type there, from tall to short, skinny to thicc, white to. Slightly less white haha (there were only a couple dark skinned women that I saw), highly enhanced to natural, dressed slutty or elegant. And maybe best of all*they are for the most part free of the curse that haunts most other clubs like this. The dreaded "space filler", the girls that you wouldn't have sex with for free.

A combination of these factors leads to my bottom line assessment: this establishment is the best place to find someone P4 P that I would consider a 8+, which is what I consider my minimum standard for going upstairs with a girl. As I mentioned before my tastes tend towards thin, natural, white, pretty faced women.

I offered this assessment of other clubs before, which I'll mostly replicate here:

Tijuana: 50% <= 6, 35% 7, 10% 8, 5% 9+.

La Isla: 30% <= 6, 60% 7, 5% 8, 5% 9+.

Gogos: 70% <= 6, 25% 7, 5% 8+.

At Scandallo I would rate it as:

30% <= 6, 30% 7, 30% 8, 10% 9+.

Let those numbers sink in for a bit. Scandallo had 2. 66 x higher concentration of 8+ women than in HK, 4 x La Isla, and 8 x a Thai gogo bar. You are truly spoiled for choice at a place like Scandallo. At one point, I noticed myself thinking, "Nah she's not that hot" but realized that in any other place I would be dying to call her over for a drink (if she was not already being pursued by 10 other clients at the same time).

I won't go into too much detail about the setting of Scandallo, because there have been many recent reports, and also I'm still figuring it out haha. The entrance elevator leads to the main floor that contains a restaurant, a patio, and the main club floor. I grabbed a drink first at the restaurant, which is where I met my first Scandallo girl, who I would put at a 6/7. We chatted a bit, and she gave me a bit of a lay of the land. Had a chance to work on my very rudimentary Portuguese. 3 weeks of Pimsleur, good Spanish, and occasional use of Google Translate proved to be perfectly adequate to converse with the girls.

I left the first girl and headed over to the main club area. Thus beings the next phase of any P4 P night out, and arguably more enjoyable than the actual sex itself. Getting drunk while ogling and chatting with all the hot girls passing by.

Another thing I liked about Scandallo was that the nightclub venue seemed to attract less hardened pros. While there were stripper-looking girls, unlike in an actual strip club like HK you can get girls that at least appear to not be complete pros. This might just be a total illusion, but hey the illusion is definitely worth something.

I talked with a girl I thought was a 10 with a Barbie body, but when I called her over she was a bit more ghetto than I imagined, and had tons of makeup on. I tossed her back into the sea. Another thing that I really like is the lack of pressure from the girls. Only one of the 3 girls I talked with asked for a drink. The drinks are real drinks, not just make believe fichas, and the girls didn't just drink and bolt but rather would stay with you.

Despite my white girl fetish, I ended up going with a morena clara from Bahia. Really striking, angular, pretty face. She was wearing a coat that hid her body, and once it came it became clear that she didn't*have the greatest body. She was also hiding*a tattoo on her hip (I'm not a fan of big tatoos). I'd put her at an 8 face that comes down to 7 with the body. But she was very nice, and we had a great chat for 30+ minutes before heading upstairs. She opened at 1000, I countered with 600, and she accepted 700. When I asked about DFK and CIM she giggled and quickly agreed. The service in the room was among the best performances I've had with a provider. No rushing, no lying about services rendered, just enjoyable sex. The room itself is also by far the nicest I've been to in P4 P settings.

All in all, I ended up spending about 1500 BRL for the night, including 230 for the room, 700 for the lady, and 330 for drinks, and 200 for entry (400 total entry of which 200 is consumable). This comes out to about $270. Some might find this to be an amount well beyond what they would be comfortable paying,*especially in a developing country like Brazil. But honestly, I've spent more money on P4 P before, and have come away with far less. All things considered, $270 for a night out at a lux nightclub and bedding a hot girl and getting good service is a goddam bargain.

In short, Scandallo is clearly the best P4 P establishment that I've been to. I haven't experienced FKKs before but I have a hard time believing that it would be better than this. If you're out there, do yourself a favor and head down here, take advantage of the incredible exchange rate, and partake in this experience. It's not to be missed.

All of this was during a relatively slow Tuesday night, and I can't wait to head back on Wednesday.

An apples to apples comparison would be with the termas of Rio. That said, if I had to choose just one place to spend a mongering evening out, for me it would have to be at Scandallo. That's because I love the Brasilieras, and Scandallo is a wonderful place to find them! But when Quatro por Quatro was hitting on all cylinders way back when, I don't know man. Would be a hard decision to make! But lucky, there is no real need to choose. We can do it all. I want it all!

I am puzzled by your girl selection at Scandalo. You estimated there were 80-100 girls, of which by your standards 24-30 were 8's and 8-10 were 9+. Yet you only spoke to 3 girls; a 6-7, an 8, and a 10, and went with the 8 who was hiding her body (a 6-7 rating as you found out in the room) with a coat. Why would you go with a girl whose body you couldn't even see instead of finding another 8 whose body you could evaluate? Also, since money did not seem to be an issue with you, and they all charge more or less about 700-800 real, why would you even talk to an 8 instead of seeking out the 9+s to talk to first? I would think that would be the order in which to start the girl selection. Were all the 9+s more ghetto than you like with too much makeup so you didn't bother after the first one? Were they not your type for some other reason? Or were they all occupied with other clients or were not interested in talking to you?

P.S. If you like some alcohol before making a selection, most clinicas provide beer for free or at most 10 real, and some provide liquor at 1/3 or less of the cost in Scandalo.
